Limpio, clásico, pero tengo que esperar 2 horas para entrar a la habitación (limpieza antes del check in).
Ubicación estratégica en el corazón de la ciudad, buen lugar para hacer ejercicio matutino en GBK.
La piscina y la cancha de tenis son buenas.
Las habitaciones son promedio

Muy satisfecho con la estadía en Novotel Cikini, la limpieza se mantiene, las habitaciones están limpias, los baños están limpios, el agua caliente se puede usar correctamente, la piscina también está limpia pero no demasiado grande, pedí no con desayuno , por lo que no puedo revisar la comida del desayuno. Por la noche hay muchos vendedores de comida alrededor del hotel, por lo que es fácil encontrar comida.

the hotel is new and clean , satisfy the room cleanliness and size . service is great . breakfast have variety choice but not tasty . sausage n ham only have beef but no chicken . there is room massage service in the hotel . outside the road is traffic jam always . in the city town area. there is 24 hours KFC beside the hotel .

I am very satisfied with the cleanliness and the overall state of the hotel. Its new, Morden and well managed. I will definitely prefer to stay on my next trip as well. Location is also not bad, its around 2km from the center and Grand Indonesia mall.

The hotel is only 2 minutes walking from Cikini station. However it’s easier and more comfortable to take Bluebird (taxi). I took only 10 minutes from the monas (the national monuments) and 15 minutes from grand Indonesia mall (the famous mall) by taxi.
The room is nice and clean with good scent.
The most impressive thing about the hotel is the staffs!
Every staffs in the hotel are very warm-welcoming and gentle.
I would like to compliment all of them from bell boy, receptionist, concierge and also staffs at breakfast restaurant. I can fell the service-minded from all of them.
Especially Mr. Hilton, Mr. Tr, Mr.Rustam and Mrs. Ajeng, the receptionists, they tried their best to help me with all the requests.
And also there are variety of options for breakfast as in pictures.
I would definitely choose to stay in this hotel again.
