todo perfecto, personal, habitación, limpieza, detalles, flexibilidad... MUY BIEN!!!

Trip.com me asignó este hotel para pasar la noche porque cometieron un error y no lograron confirmar mi reserva para easyHotel, que está mucho más cerca de la estación de tren. En general, estoy muy satisfecho con las habitaciones aquí en particular, me alojé en una habitación doble que es muy espaciosa, bien iluminada, cálida y muy funcional. Sin embargo, desearía que hubiera un poco más de artículos de cuidado personal disponibles en la habitación en lugar de tener que solicitarlos en la recepción de los huéspedes. Los baños no cuentan con acondicionadores, por ejemplo. Realmente no usé ninguna de las otras instalaciones, así que no puedo comentar sobre ellas, pero diré que el área no es tan buena a pesar de que sigue siendo muy central. Está en una zona llena de bares y discotecas que se vuelve bastante ruidosa y pésimo por la noche. Mucha basura en las calles por la mañana. Y está a 15 minutos a pie de la estación de tren en un área con bastantes pendientes y escaleras (fácilmente ~ 20 minutos si llevas equipaje pesado), ~ 18 minutos a pie de los centros comerciales y China Town, no es el más accesible para ser honesto. .

Muy bien situado – a 5 –6 minutos a pie de la estación de tren, y Chinatown está justo fuera del hotel, por lo que es muy conveniente para comida y llegar alrededor. La habitación era muy espaciosa, que fue agradable desde que me quedé aquí con mi compañero para un viaje de Día de San Valentín. Esto dijo que las instalaciones se sienten un poco obsoletas y la presión y temperatura del agua en el baño no estaban muy estables.

Birmingham Premier Inn (New Street Station) is located above the Birmingham New Street Station, next to the McDonalds. It might be a bit confusing to locate the hotel when you reached the station. After you exited from the gantry at the Birmingham New Street station, you will be able to see escalators located in front of the Tickets station. Go up the escalator and you will see a lot of shops e.g. Jo Malone, Tesco Express and restaurants such as Pho, Mrs Chew Kitchen. Once you are at the 2nd level (New Street Station), locate the Jo Malone shop. When you are outside the Jo Malone shop, you shall be able to se a clothes boutique known as Fat Face. Walk towards Fat Face and on your left, you should be able to see a walkway leading outside. Walk towards the walkway and you shall see Mini Sou on your right side. Once you are outside of the building, you will see McDonald on your right. Premier Inn hotel's entrance is just next to McDonald's entrance. Location of Birmingham Premier Inn (New Street) is fantastic. Despite there were reviewers that there might be some beggars but they did not bother me when I was there. Taxis are a bit tricky and right outside the hotel, there are tram railways and that means that most of the times, cars will generally not be around that area. If you want to get a taxi, you will need to walk to the main street where the major deparmental stores are, e.g. BullRing Birmingham. I would stay at Premier Inn again if I am in Birmingham area.

Como siempre, recibimos una cálida bienvenida al registrarnos y pasamos un fin de semana estupendo. Éramos 5 familias que reservamos 5 habitaciones juntas a un precio de reserva anticipada muy razonable; la piscina, el jacuzzi y la sala de vapor estuvieron geniales; ¡y la cena también fue maravillosa!

Una estancia increíble, como siempre. El personal siempre se esmera en ayudarte. Necesitabas una habitación un poco más grande porque mi pareja usa muletas, ¡e incluso nos dieron una habitación que ya teníamos! Mi pareja y yo nos sentimos muy cómodos, seguros y felices. ¡Volveremos! Almohadas y cama cómodas, baño con ducha y bañera precioso, artículos de aseo en la pared con un olor muy agradable. ¡Volveremos el jueves! :)

Habitación espaciosa y cómoda, cama súper reconfortable, ducha con excelente presión y temperatura. El desayuno es muy variado y muy rico. La atención de los empleados fue excelente, son muy amables y dispuestos a explicar detalladamente todo.

Really unsatisfied with the cleanliness of the room, there was a huge amount of dust anywhere that I was sneezing continuously. Also, the most disgusting thing were the bedsheets, stained with yellow spots! I asked for a new set of bedsheets and the reception gave them to me and I had to put them on, because there was no one of the cleaning team to do it. Very very very unsatisfied.

The hotel is conveniently located nearby the new street station which is excellent. But the rooms is small and old, the bed sheets look grey (tho clean). The mattress is also old. It is okay to stay just 1 night (if you don’t have other choice and budget) but not more than that.

Excelente relación calidad-precio. Habitación limpia y bonita. 22 £ desde el aeropuerto de Birmingham. El anfitrión y el personal son amables. Lo recomiendo.
