UUsuario invitadoThe Osh hotel has such an amazing vibe. As you enter the lobby, you are greeted by their lovely staff with a welcome drink. Check in was really smooth and they offered options for my room category, and the location was great. Literally walking distance to local bodegas, bars and restaurants. Osh is located 10-15 min from walled city, which made dinner options and tours easy to get to in the area. Prior to my stay in the Osh hotel, I stayed at the Hilton with my travel group for four days. In comparison although most tourist stay at the Hilton or the Hyatt. I would opt to stay at Osh every time. Beautiful pool on the main floor and rooftop. While there is not beach access, I believe you can simply book a tour for a beach day at Aqua Azul or Makani Luxury Wanderlust. During my stay also schedule a massage in my room which was a nice add on before I traveled back home. I highly recommend you experience The Osh in Colombia. Suites are also available to splurge a bit and treat yourself.

También es un sitio histórico donde podrás desayunar rodeado de exuberantes plantas tropicales y junto a antiguas murallas moteadas con pilares. ¡Es maravilloso! También estoy muy agradecido por la recomendación de los internautas en esta ocasión. También soy miembro de Accor, así que lo elegí. El servicio fue como se esperaba, cálido y sofisticado, y fue el primer hotel que conocí que ofrecía un regalo de bienvenida: ¡una gran bolsa de café colombiano en polvo! ¡Me siento muy considerado! Además, mucha gente se casa en Cartagena. También conocí aquí a una familia vestida con sus mejores galas. Vea la última imagen. Jajajaja

CCarlosGExcelente servicio, muy bien atendido , su personal está bien preparado para la atención al huésped. Habitación limpia. Ofrece playa a 50 mts pero actualmente no hay playa. Están en obra,.por lo que se debe desplazar más de 500mts para tener acceso a una. Los precios de los productos de minibar altísimos. Lo califico en general con 4.5/5

WWilliamAbsolutamente fantástico. Este es un pequeño resort con quizás 14 habitaciones. 1.5 horas de Cartagena City. Un poco de un viaje duro, pero definitivamente vale la pena el viaje. Una vez que entras por las puertas, es hermoso y tranquilo. No un resort de cinco estrellas, sino que hacen un trabajo muy agradable. Muy bien equipado, así que tienes alguien para ayudarte si necesitas algo. Muy tranquilo. No hay teléfonos, no hay TV en la habitación. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, privadas, muy cómodas. Dos playas pequeñas en ambos lados de la zona principal. Toda recepción a aire libre, Restaurante. Un restaurante en 2 niveles. La comida era realmente horrible. La mejor comida que tuvimos en Colombia. Estabamos allí durante tres noches y lo amamos absolutamente. Muchos viajeros de día, gente que entra de Cartagena en barco para pasar el día en el resort. Fue agradable. Será definitivamente de vuelta. Gracias a la Señoría que se cuidó tan bien de nuestra familia. Un lugar especial.

SSamyFunkSo cozy and lovely place🥰. Added one more night to my reservation because loved the harmony and peace that I felt on that hotel. The breakfast was amazing 200/10 🤩. Great variety of fruits,healthy and local food. Thank you so much to Andrey so polite and charming guy who helped me in everything; as well as Jorge who is so professional doing his work, Alfredo and kitchen girls, thank you for so delicious food. The rooftop is a dream but unfortunately don’t have (stable) bartenders to enjoy drinks.Sadly to say the general manager was unprofessional and unkind, must to improve his professional relation to drive a good management of a hotel of this category.
I would love to go back in my next trip to Cartagena 🤍🇨🇴 .
Recommendations: if don’t tolerate noise, don’t book the rooms next to the street.

El hotel está muy bien. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo entre Getsemaní y el centro histórico, lo que permite recorrer Cartagena a pie cómodamente. Además, hay muchas opciones de restauración muy cerca. La decoración está muy cuidada y crea un ambiente acogedor en el que te sientes realmente cómodo. El personal merece una mención especial: siempre atentos, amables y con una respuesta rápida ante cualquier necesidad. Es un hotel moderno, con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. ¡Muy recomendable!

UUsuario invitadoAll rooms overlook a central courtyard, which is nice but not practical as people are always passing by so you can’t leave the window open as you get no privacy. The curtain is not a curtain but a rolling blind, so either shut or open. My room happens to be on the ground floor, where the restaurant is. It may be better on the other floors. So just artificial light.
There is also no desk in the room. Otherwise the room is decent and clean.
The breakfast is simple but good with coffees, juice some fruit and an omelette.
The place is secure and the reception have to open for you to go in and out. Location wise it’s pretty good as well as it’s within the wall but not where wll tourists hang out. Pretty safe
Check in strictly at 3pm even if the room is available 😅

UUsuario invitadoStaying here was truly amazing, from the hospitality to the comfort of the room, i felt at home, safe and happy. The food offered was delicious, i recommend the pasta with the shrimp. The waters in front and back offer a beautiful view of the sea and sky. I felt blessed to be able to enjoy this island and meet the community and the beautiful diversity nature had to offer. Swimming in front was so fun, and all the activities are a must! (Playa libre, oceonario, planktons..) Also, it’s beautiful to see the stars at night on the deck. I recommend! Just make sure you bring insects repellent and water shoes.

UUsuario anónimoThe experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.
