Excelente servicio, el hotel está muy bien ubicado y la limpieza es 10/10. El desayuno es un delicioso buffet con varias opciones.

El hotel es precioso! Las instalaciones son excelente. La habitación algo pequeña para un hotel de esta categoría, pero con lo más esencial para estancias cortas. Lo mejor? El desayuno! Es de otro nivel! Croissant de almendra, huevos perfectos y un sabor muy intenso, recomendable!!! El personal muy servicial y atento. Nota 10 por ellos. Está a las puertas de Getsemaní pero no se escucha nada de la fiesta afuera en la calle, a media manzana. Por resaltar algo negativo: la puerta del baño no se cierra del todo y el aire acondicionado no funciona bien en recepción y salón de desayunos. Volveríamos de ojos cerrados a Osh!!! ❤️

Fue una experiencia muy linda, más de lo que esperábamos. El desayuno estuvo espectacular.

Nos alojamos 4 noches durante las vacaciones de Navidad. Lordi nos recibió calurosamente en recepción. Nuestra habitación era la 306, en el primer piso, con balcón y hamaca, con vistas a la piscina y la playa. La cama era cómoda y teníamos duchas de agua caliente todos los días. La comida, en general, estaba buena; ofrecían tortillas para el desayuno si se solicitaban, y los platos de marisco y el chucharrón estaban muy buenos. Mención especial merecen Juan y Kevin en los chiringuitos, Mike y Víctor en el restaurante, y Lordi por su atención y su excelente café.

So cozy and lovely place🥰. Added one more night to my reservation because loved the harmony and peace that I felt on that hotel. The breakfast was amazing 200/10 🤩. Great variety of fruits,healthy and local food. Thank you so much to Andrey so polite and charming guy who helped me in everything; as well as Jorge who is so professional doing his work, Alfredo and kitchen girls, thank you for so delicious food. The rooftop is a dream but unfortunately don’t have (stable) bartenders to enjoy drinks.Sadly to say the general manager was unprofessional and unkind, must to improve his professional relation to drive a good management of a hotel of this category. I would love to go back in my next trip to Cartagena 🤍🇨🇴 . Recommendations: if don’t tolerate noise, don’t book the rooms next to the street.

Todas las habitaciones dan a un patio central, lo cual es agradable pero poco práctico, ya que siempre hay gente pasando y no se puede dejar la ventana abierta porque no hay privacidad. La cortina no es una cortina propiamente dicha, sino una persiana enrollable, así que o está cerrada o abierta. Mi habitación está en la planta baja, donde se encuentra el restaurante. Quizás sea mejor en las otras plantas. Solo hay luz artificial. Tampoco hay escritorio en la habitación. Por lo demás, la habitación es decente y limpia. El desayuno es sencillo pero bueno: café, zumo, fruta y una tortilla. El lugar es seguro y la recepción tiene que estar abierta para entrar y salir. La ubicación también es bastante buena, ya que está dentro de la muralla pero no en la zona turística. Es bastante seguro. El registro de entrada es estrictamente a las 15:00, incluso si la habitación está disponible.

¡Todo estuvo genial! Las habitaciones son sencillas pero bastante cómodas. Mi habitación tenía excelente Wi-Fi. El personal es atento y hará todo lo posible para que sus vacaciones sean un éxito. La comida es deliciosa, bien preparada. Zona de playa a ambos lados. Puedes nadar junto al muelle o en el patio trasero, donde hay cómodas hamacas sobre el agua. El agua es cristalina. Para variar, pedí una excursión al acuario. ¡Se lo recomiendo a todos!👍

The experience was a mix of both positive experiences and areas of opportunity, in the positive aspects the service provided by the staff was great, kudos to the restaurant staff as they were very welcoming and friendly with us. Reception, a couple of things to mention: We had a delay on our check-in due to the room having some issues related to the door, we were requested to wait for 15 minutes after the 15:00 check-in, and we did, after this time I had to reach back to the reception to check if the room was ready, still, had to wait for another 15 minutes. It was a total of 30 minutes out of schedule from the initial check-in due hotel's fault, we arrived with more than an hour of anticipation. There was nothing but an apology, not even a slight interest in offering compensation for the wait time, which could have been a plus in the customer service experience. On the other hand. we had several technical issues entering our room, as everytime we where off the room for a while the card wouldn't work, this was a consistent inconvenience in every single day, at the point that at our last 2 days staying at the hotel we directly reached reception to get the card fixed as we were already tired from previous days to reach the 5th floor for our room and then having to go down to reception to report the issue with the card, reach 5th floor again and AGAIN visit reception because the card wouldn't work, this could have been activelly addressed with either a room change or a technical review, however, it surprised us that instead of the receptionist offering at least an apologize we were told it was because WE used the card on another electreonic device, which never happened, another thing to point out was that at their main elevator someone popped a pimple at the elevator's mirror, and that disgusting pimple stayed there for more than 4 days, which indicates that the facility cleaning is not optimal, following this though at our room the blackout was stained at a corner, and even with having staff cleaning the room that stain remained from day 1 untill we left, probably someone spilled a drink at the balcony and it dropped at the blackout. Positive things: Restaurant service and overall attitude from the staff, ubication was good, close to the beach and with a nice view. AOO: A more customer-oriented thinking, at least showing interest in going the extra mile with their customers, cleaning.
