El hotel era muy agradable y cómodo. 100/100 La cama era agradable. La habitación era espaciosa. Ofrecen comida y bebidas gratis en la habitación. Tienen una gran variedad de galletas. También tienen una estación de relleno de agua fuera de la habitación. El hotel tiene una sala de negocios donde puede imprimir algo. El desayuno buffet fue excelente. Muchas variedades y opciones. Sin embargo, no lo cambian así después del segundo día, es muy cansado ya, pero todavía es bueno! También pueden ayudar a organizar un servicio de coches para usted si necesita uno. Lo único que espero que mejoren es el cheque en el tiempo hehe. Fue 4:00. Deseo que pueda ser un poco antes. Pero esto no es un problema en absoluto. El hotel está conectado a Gloria Outlet (hay un puente directamente conectado al 2o piso del hotel). También está conectado a Xpark. También está conectado a un mini mall (olvidé el nombre) donde se puede elegir fácilmente un alimento para comer. Sólo ten cuidado de que casi todos los restos cierren a las 9:00 y muchos restos sólo reciben clientes antes de las 8:00. Recomiendo muy bien este hotel cuando planea comprar en Gloria Outlets. Es muy conveniente, limpio y espacioso. ☺️

Situado en el lado opuesto del parque y a pie del mercado nocturno. Pero 20 a 30 minutos en coche del aeropuerto. El llamado traslado del aeropuerto es por taxi normal organizado por el hotel. El hotel dispone de una habitación con baño con jacuzzi, con una habitación de tamaño de aproximadamente un tercio.

Un lugar muy conveniente para alojarse antes de nuestro vuelo. El check-in era a las 15:00, pero pudimos hacerlo a las 12:00 porque había habitaciones libres, lo cual agradezco, ya que muchos otros hoteles en Taiwán no permiten hacer el check-in antes de la hora establecida. El hotel ofrece transporte gratuito al aeropuerto y, con la estación de tren al lado, es muy práctico para llegar a Taipei 101 o Ximen. Le di 4 estrellas por las comodidades porque quizás el hotel es un poco antiguo y la madera de los armarios se está descascarando. Quizás deberían considerar renovar algunos de los equipos de la habitación. En general, todo era muy agradable, especialmente la vista del aeropuerto; es muy relajante ver los aviones despegar. La insonorización también era buena; no oímos ningún ruido en todo el día.

El hotel no estaba mal, aunque tienen algunas políticas extrañas. Llegamos tarde, a las 3 de la madrugada, y queríamos dormir hasta tarde. Ofrecían desayuno para llevar a la habitación si lo deseabas; preguntamos, pero se negaron. Solo nos dijeron que teníamos que solicitarlo con dos noches de antelación, lo cual no nos convenía para quienes viajábamos a última hora. La habitación está bien y limpia, la ubicación es buena y ofrecen transporte gratuito a la estación de tren de alta velocidad, lo cual es una ventaja.

I stayed at the Benz hotel for a 4 day shopping and foodie trip at the end of February 2026 and it turned out to be a gem. I arrived late around 23:00 and was greeted by a friendly staff that had my room ready. I had just taken a short 18 minute walk to the hotel from the A22 Laojie River Station where I arrived on the direct blue commuter train from the airport. At first I could not find the Benz hotel entrance, but after asking for directions I was pointed to the front desk of the Bentley hotel where on the wall behind the desk clerks are both hotel names, Bentley and Benz. When I had booked the room the Bentley was offered at a slightly higher cost, and seeing I was on a budget trip alone, I booked the Benz. After checking in, I was directed to the Benz hotel elevator around the corner of the front desk. Further down are the elevators for the Bentley,here is the noticeable difference between the two hotels, The Benz is one elevator approximately 3 feet by 6 feet, and the Bentley has 2 very large beautiful elevators. When I got to my room I did my normal checks for bugs, cleanliness and non-smell. All had passed with flying colors. The room was great with amenities and plenty in size. The bed was firm but not hard, the TV was hard to hear when the AC was running but besides those things it's a great deal and place to stay. The breakfast was outstanding. Healthy, fresh and hot and a new menu each day. It was more in the asian style and not like your western style, which I much prefer. The coffee machine was perfect and the selection of food was abundant. Overall I would stay again. Public transportation was close by, Taxi, Trains and bus stations within blocks and easy walking. The street has a lot of construction and could be rather intimidating, if you are not the type that can feel comfortable with the odd surroundings that are here.

La ubicación es buena. La habitación es espaciosa. Sólo un pro es necesario llevar el equipaje y subir a la habitación, quizás le gustan 3 pisos de altura.

Let me tell you something, upon check in the āyi who is working in the front desk is really fuzzy and not approachable, she gets irritated toward us because she cannot find our booking. Everything I presented passport and booking details but seems like she don't know how to work. Question to the management? Is this our fault why she become irritated? she supposed to fix this problem on her part not us because we are the guest! Luckily I can speak few mandarin because I was working in mainland china, until she finds my Chinese working visa details on my passport then she finally understand. Next time teach your āyi speak basic English or change your staff it will affect on your business if you continue to keep this problem. Therefore I cancelled my 6 days bookings in this hotel because of her attitude. I was former front office supervisor and I know how to treat the guest very well and keep the business operations smoothly. Room: clean but interior quite old but not bad for its price Air-conditioning - 0 so hot 🥵 you need to maintain the temperature on 23 degree if you change the temperature the air-conditioning will run down and broken. 讓我跟你們說說，辦理入住時，前台的阿姨（āyi）態度很差，讓人難以親近。她找不到我們的預訂訊息，還對我們很不耐煩。我出示了護照和預訂詳情，但她好像根本不會操作。 我想問管理階層，難道是我們的錯，所以她才這麼不耐煩嗎？她是客人，應該負責解決這個問題，而不是我們！ 幸好我會說一點普通話，因為我之前在中國大陸工作過。直到她看到我護照上的中國工作簽證訊息，她才終於明白。 下次要嘛教你的阿姨說點基本的英語，要嘛就換個員工。如果這個問題一直存在，一定會影響你們的生意。 我以前是前台主管，我知道如何好好招待客人，也知道如何讓飯店營運順暢。 房間：乾淨，但內部裝潢比較老舊，不過考慮到價格還可以。 空調：0，太熱了🥵。必須把溫度維持在23度，如果調低溫度，空調就會過熱損壞。

Me quedé a pasar la noche porque mi vuelo al día siguiente salía temprano por la mañana. La estación más cercana es Dayuan Station, la segunda parada de MRT desde el aeropuerto. Desde la estación, solo son 5 minutos a pie a través del estacionamiento frente a la estación y cruzando el puente sobre el río detrás del hotel (en este momento, Google Maps te dice que camines por la carretera principal, pero este es un camino largo). Hay carteles con el nombre del hotel al salir de la estación, así que si los sigues no te perderás. Al realizar el check-in, se te preguntará si necesitas un taxi desde el hotel hasta el aeropuerto, para que puedas reservar uno allí. Eran 200 dólares taiwaneses en efectivo.

Aside from cleanliness and convinient,what I love the most is the taste of the food,soooo delicious! Good job!

The staff were really lovely and I'm sure that had I have spoken Chinese, the things I'm about to say would've been different as I would've been able to explain them over the phone and get them rectified.  CONS: I didn't get there until almost 1 am due to a flight delay and then missing the last MTR, so by the time I did get there all I wanted was a hot bath and a quiet night's sleep. Firstly, the room had definitely had smokers in it previously. They may have done a treatment but it was still noticeable. Secondly, there was 'hair' in the bathtub from a previous occupant. So I definitely didn't use it. Thirdly, I got almost no sleep – even though the bed was really comfortable – because the smoke alarm in the room needed its battery replaced and spent all night making that very loud high-pitched sound that you cannot ignore! Now again, had I've been able to pick up the phone and ask them to come and sort it, it could have been a different story, but... PROS: the room was a great size, and the bathroom had both a spa bath and a walk-in shower. It also was very large and is well set up for customers to drive their vehicle into the ground floor of the unit then go up the stairs to the first floor where the actual room is. The staff were very nice and welcoming even though I arrived so late and even gave me some instant noodle cups. I also got a voucher for breakfast, but didn't end up getting to use it as I was too tired to get out of bed and go there before it finished.  I may not be the target clientele for this establishment, and while this particular stay had farcical elements, now that I know what it's like and how it works, I probably would stay there again simply due to how nice the staff were. It's not their fault that I don't speak Chinese.
