CP HOTEL

Super clean, 15 minutes walk hotel to Gloria mall, breakfast is good, delicious, attentive waitresses

The hotel is quite average overall. The reception staff could be more welcoming, as they didn’t smile much during check-in. Basic amenities are not provided in the room and need to be requested from the reception desk, which is a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the hotel is brand new, so everything is clean, modern, and still in good condition.

Room is very comfortable, don’t have cabinet to keep clothes other wise everything is good Even the breakfast have variety choice.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I am just as pleased as I was during my first visit. The overall environment, including the lobby and rooms, is consistently clean, bright, and well-maintained. It is also very convenient to order food delivery. The location is excellent and very close to the airport, which makes traveling highly efficient. However, I must say that the attitude of the front desk staff was just average and rather lacking in smiles, especially the male staff. Since ********* are generally known for being extremely polite and hospitable to tourists, this was a bit surprising and slightly disappointing.Despite the service, the hotel's hardware and location are still highly commendable. I would recommend it for the comfort and convenience, but I hope the front desk can improve their friendliness in the future.
