Hoteles cerca de Estación de Taoyuan, Taoyuan

Un lugar muy conveniente para alojarse antes de nuestro vuelo. El check-in era a las 15:00, pero pudimos hacerlo a las 12:00 porque había habitaciones libres, lo cual agradezco, ya que muchos otros hoteles en Taiwán no permiten hacer el check-in antes de la hora establecida. El hotel ofrece transporte gratuito al aeropuerto y, con la estación de tren al lado, es muy práctico para llegar a Taipei 101 o Ximen. Le di 4 estrellas por las comodidades porque quizás el hotel es un poco antiguo y la madera de los armarios se está descascarando. Quizás deberían considerar renovar algunos de los equipos de la habitación. En general, todo era muy agradable, especialmente la vista del aeropuerto; es muy relajante ver los aviones despegar. La insonorización también era buena; no oímos ningún ruido en todo el día.

Location is good. room is spacious. Only pro is you need to carry luggages and climb stairs to the room, maybe liked 3 floors high.

I stayed at the Benz hotel for a 4 day shopping and foodie trip at the end of February 2026 and it turned out to be a gem. I arrived late around 23:00 and was greeted by a friendly staff that had my room ready. I had just taken a short 18 minute walk to the hotel from the A22 Laojie River Station where I arrived on the direct blue commuter train from the airport. At first I could not find the Benz hotel entrance, but after asking for directions I was pointed to the front desk of the Bentley hotel where on the wall behind the desk clerks are both hotel names, Bentley and Benz. When I had booked the room the Bentley was offered at a slightly higher cost, and seeing I was on a budget trip alone, I booked the Benz. After checking in, I was directed to the Benz hotel elevator around the corner of the front desk. Further down are the elevators for the Bentley,here is the noticeable difference between the two hotels, The Benz is one elevator approximately 3 feet by 6 feet, and the Bentley has 2 very large beautiful elevators. When I got to my room I did my normal checks for bugs, cleanliness and non-smell. All had passed with flying colors. The room was great with amenities and plenty in size. The bed was firm but not hard, the TV was hard to hear when the AC was running but besides those things it's a great deal and place to stay. The breakfast was outstanding. Healthy, fresh and hot and a new menu each day. It was more in the asian style and not like your western style, which I much prefer. The coffee machine was perfect and the selection of food was abundant. Overall I would stay again. Public transportation was close by, Taxi, Trains and bus stations within blocks and easy walking. The street has a lot of construction and could be rather intimidating, if you are not the type that can feel comfortable with the odd surroundings that are here.

La habitación es cómoda. Las aguas son muy limpias y el tapón de lavabo está cerrado correctamente. Creo que este es un hotel que vale la pena permanecer. Sin embargo, la joven mujer en la recepción es la peor. Lo que no me gusta, es muy incómodo desde el principio hasta el final. No sólo es esta mujer, sino también la recepción en chino.

El hotel está situado cerca del aeropuerto y es adecuado para viajeros de negocios como nosotros. La distribución del desayuno es tan buena, especialmente el porridge! El escritorio del hotel también es útil. Regresará aquí otra vez!

Aside from cleanliness and convinient,what I love the most is the taste of the food,soooo delicious! Good job!

This hotel has 4 buildings, the room is big and the amenities are good. Its gym and swimming pool and breakfast area can accommodate a big tour group.

La habitación doble de lujo es amplia, limpia y agradable. Aunque el exterior del edificio pueda parecer anticuado, el interior es moderno y muy cómodo. Hay un dispensador de agua en cada planta, lo cual es muy práctico. Está cerca de un supermercado PX y de muchos restaurantes, aunque hay que caminar un poco hasta la estación de Taoyuan. Sin embargo, hay muchas paradas de autobús cerca del hotel para ir al tren de alta velocidad y a la estación de Taoyuan. El personal es muy amable y atento. Sin duda, me volveré a alojar aquí si regreso a Taoyuan. ¡Excelente relación calidad-precio y muy recomendable!

The staff were really lovely and I'm sure that had I have spoken Chinese, the things I'm about to say would've been different as I would've been able to explain them over the phone and get them rectified.  CONS: I didn't get there until almost 1 am due to a flight delay and then missing the last MTR, so by the time I did get there all I wanted was a hot bath and a quiet night's sleep. Firstly, the room had definitely had smokers in it previously. They may have done a treatment but it was still noticeable. Secondly, there was 'hair' in the bathtub from a previous occupant. So I definitely didn't use it. Thirdly, I got almost no sleep – even though the bed was really comfortable – because the smoke alarm in the room needed its battery replaced and spent all night making that very loud high-pitched sound that you cannot ignore! Now again, had I've been able to pick up the phone and ask them to come and sort it, it could have been a different story, but... PROS: the room was a great size, and the bathroom had both a spa bath and a walk-in shower. It also was very large and is well set up for customers to drive their vehicle into the ground floor of the unit then go up the stairs to the first floor where the actual room is. The staff were very nice and welcoming even though I arrived so late and even gave me some instant noodle cups. I also got a voucher for breakfast, but didn't end up getting to use it as I was too tired to get out of bed and go there before it finished.  I may not be the target clientele for this establishment, and while this particular stay had farcical elements, now that I know what it's like and how it works, I probably would stay there again simply due to how nice the staff were. It's not their fault that I don't speak Chinese.
