Está muy cerca de la estación de metro, muy recomendable. Es un buen hotel y los mejores precios. El personal de recepción es muy amable y siempre se esfuerza por ayudar. El desayuno es estilo chino. Todo estuvo bien y la lavandería fue totalmente gratuita.

A Scenic Stay with a Convenient Catch My stay at Hotelday Hualien was a bit of a mixed bag. It has some genuinely charming touches and a great view, but its location and certain amenities require some adjustment. Location & Transportation: The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the Hualien Train Station, which is fantastic if you're arriving by rail. However, I soon realized that the train station is not the city center. The main downtown area is a significant distance away—about a 40-minute walk. This means you'll either need to plan for long walks or rely on taxis and buses to get to the main dining and night market areas. It's not a deal-breaker, but it's something to be aware of. The Room: The room itself was a highlight. It was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The best feature was the large window that faced the train station, with a stunning backdrop of the mountains. It was incredibly scenic and made the room feel bright and open. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that the overall design and some of the furniture felt a bit dated. It's clean and functional, but don't expect a super modern aesthetic. Amenities & Service: This is where the experience was a bit uneven. The gym was quite disappointing. It only had a stationary bicycle and a treadmill. There were no weights, no multi-gym, nothing for anyone hoping for even a basic strength workout. It felt more like an afterthought than a proper facility. On the other hand, the service had some truly thoughtful highlights. When we asked for ice, the hotel staff kindly delivered some to our room, which was a nice touch. The Special Touch: The most memorable part of the stay was a small, heartwarming gesture. The hotel provided us with complimentary postcards. The unique part? They offered to mail them for us, but not right away. They will send them exactly one year later. It's a lovely idea—a little time capsule from your trip that arrives as a surprise in the future. Overall: Hotelday Hualien offers spacious, comfortable rooms with beautiful mountain views, and its proximity to the train station is a plus for travelers. The thoughtful service, like the ice delivery and the ”postcard to your future self” program, adds a warm, personal touch. However, the distance from the city center and the very basic gym are drawbacks. It's a solid choice for a comfortable night's sleep near the station, especially if you appreciate sentimental gestures, but be prepared for the travel time to the main attractions.

The stay, the scenery, the staff, the food, the room, the cleanliness, everything! Was super amazing, my girlfriend and I love it and it was an anniversary trip so it made it really romantic for us both ❤️ Thank you!!!

El Hotel Blue Sky Lily ofrece alojamiento cómodo y moderno, además de un desayuno abundante y saludable a precios razonables. Su conveniente ubicación y su atento servicio lo convierten en una de las opciones más económicas de la ciudad de Hualien. Sin embargo, quienes prioricen la insonorización y el espacio de las habitaciones podrían considerarlo. En general, recibe recomendaciones generalmente positivas de los viajeros y es ideal para hacer turismo y para viajes en familia.

Bastante bueno para ser un lugar como Hualien. La ubicación es un poco apartada y hay que usar taxi para salir. Pero es tranquilo y está cerca del mar. La habitación es espaciosa y limpia.

La habitación con vista al mar tiene una linda vista y el desayuno es bastante completo, pero cuando pedí una colcha extra, me dijeron que no estaba disponible, lo cual fue un poco decepcionante. Espero tener la oportunidad de volver a hospedarme allí, gracias.

Very positive experience. Place is quite nice if you look for a decent Hostel in Hualien (even though it might look a little bit run down from the outside). Nice roof top terrace for a night cup and 24h free flow coffee/tea is a plus. Communication with the front desk staff varies a lot, depending on the individual English language skills of the staff on duty, but has never been a real issue. Moreover, we‘ve been quite surprised having a German speaking guy there the day we‘ve checked in.

La intención temporal de que Citian se reservara en el jardín de la noche, dentro del cual corresponde al 100% de la imagen, es que el parque de estacionamiento no está planificado ni guía; Muchas pequeñas cosas pueden jugar en el jardín de la tumba, también hay baloncesto, aire acondicionado, etc. ¡Pueden divertirse con sus hijos! ¡La desayuno también es rica, hay jardín de la tumba en el corazón, muy recomendado!

El hostal fue maravilloso. Limpieza y decoración 10. Fui de viaje con amigas y nos encantó. La ubicación también está bastante bien.

It's clean, it's close to the train station, where you can rent a scooter to explore Taroko National Park, also have a gas station next door to refill your scooter and you are next to the main road to go to the National Park. There is enough stuff to cook yourself something. Communication with the landlord on self check-in went well and I could check-in earlier because my bed was free, actually I was the only guest in the dorm on my first of two nights. It was calm and the entire hostel & bathroom was very clean. I liked, that you can buy razors, one-way towels, toothbrush kit for a small fee, even if I didn't need it. The only downside, and that's why I gave it -3 stars in amenity was, that the mattress was so hard, it felt like sleeping on the floor. The room had a bit of strange moisture smell, but I could get used to it quickly. If there would be a thicker, less hard mattress, that place would get total points. On the back door / balcony you have a nice view of the mountains. (The picture attached is taken from the road, but if you crop the lower half, it's what you see)
