Me alegré mucho de ver el Hualian Charming Hotel al salir de la estación de tren de Hualian. La parada principal de autobús está entre los dos edificios. Reservé una habitación para 2 personas y obtuve un ascenso a una habitación para 3 personas. La habitación parecía nueva y muy limpia. La cama y las almohadas eran duras y fáciles de dormir. El baño estaba separado de las habitaciones secas y húmedas. Todo estuvo bien, excelente relación calidad-precio, muy cerca de la estación de tren, a poca distancia a pie. Me gustaría quedarme aquí nuevamente la próxima vez que venga a Hualien. Sería mejor si se proporcionara desayuno.

La población se ha ido del parque marino sólo 2 minutos de camino. El servicio del joven pequeño jefe es muy bueno y es ingenioso y talentoso, actualmente soltero, Los padres están ayudando a sus hijos a encontrar una novia, parte del equipo de la habitación, la plataforma de frío funciona demasiado alto, no puede dormir bien, espero que pueda mejorar

Así que no espere que vacíe la cama si usted solicita cambiar la hoja de cama. Tenía bugs de flea/ cama. Pensé que mi eczema se iba a inflar. Pero una vez que ambos mis padres también experimentaron lo mismo. Y me di cuenta de que la hoja de cama tenía unos pocos puntos un poco. Entonces sí es un bug de cama. Espero que la tía de la casa lo pueda hacer mejor.

UUsuario invitadoThis is a nice hotel. It is clean and welcoming. I did not try the food there. The seaview is not really worth as it is too far from the sea, but the rooms are a good size. The staff were friendly.
Just make sure you message the staff 24 hours in advance to book a free transfer. They would not provide a same day service.
Overall, a good hotel. About 3km from downtown. I did not mind walking, but taxis are cheap.

UUsuario invitadoUpdates: I had a great stay at Fullon Hotel Hualien. The room was spacious, comfortable, and has awesome view of the harbor. The location is ideal for me—close to the coast, at the start of the bike trail, and in a peaceful area. I loved being able to borrow a bike from the hotel, making it easy to explore the bike-friendly town.
The staff was friendly and attentive. Even those who didn’t speak English used Google Translate to communicate, which I appreciated. The only downside was difficulty reaching the hotel before my arrival to confirm the station pick-up, which wasn’t sorted out and confirmed until the day before I arrived.
Overall, a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. Most likely will stay here again next time I'm in Hualien. Hopefully, I can reach them easier next time.

2025/01/13: Impossible to contact as a foreign visitor. I tried to send messages to the hotel via both email and LINE that were listed on their website since I don't live in TW. I tried to arrange for their pick up service from Hualien Station which is included with my stay. I have sent my inquiry for the details. I finally managed to get messages back one time via LINE after a day with a website that's not in English and a picture showing only a phone number for booking. At least the hotel didn't ask me to do international phone call and finally said I can request the booking with them via the LINE channel. So I sent the booking request with details. That was 3 days ago. And I have not received any message back or heard a peep from them. So I assume the service is still not booked.
Not that the free ride matters since I should be able to get a cab easily, but the service, especially what's promise and the helpfulness of the staff, is quite underwhelming and on the side of not hospitable.
For the same trip, I also had to reach out to Tango Hotel Taipei. They were very helpful with my inquiry and very fast.
Hopefully the stay is nice. I'll come back to update my review then.

Sabiendo que veníamos de fuera y estábamos ayudando, nos cambiaron a una habitación mejor en el acto, ya que había una disponible, y nos presentaron las instalaciones del hotel. Está cerca del Mercado Nocturno de Dongdaemun, a poca distancia a pie, y en la cercana calle Zhongzheng hay tiendas de conveniencia, desayunadoras, tiendas de artículos de primera necesidad, farmacias y tiendas de té de burbujas, muy práctico. Conseguir un taxi también es fácil. Muy recomendable para una estancia relajante.

@@travel_with_the_sunIt's clean, it's close to the train station, where you can rent a scooter to explore Taroko National Park, also have a gas station next door to refill your scooter and you are next to the main road to go to the National Park. There is enough stuff to cook yourself something. Communication with the landlord on self check-in went well and I could check-in earlier because my bed was free, actually I was the only guest in the dorm on my first of two nights.
It was calm and the entire hostel & bathroom was very clean. I liked, that you can buy razors, one-way towels, toothbrush kit for a small fee, even if I didn't need it.
The only downside, and that's why I gave it -3 stars in amenity was, that the mattress was so hard, it felt like sleeping on the floor. The room had a bit of strange moisture smell, but I could get used to it quickly. If there would be a thicker, less hard mattress, that place would get total points.
On the back door / balcony you have a nice view of the mountains. (The picture attached is taken from the road, but if you crop the lower half, it's what you see)
