BBinchongThis is one of the few times I actually look forward to writing a review as I think this property deserves praise for their awesome work.
Location: It is in an old residential area in the old town area. Most drivers will find it hard to navigate the small streets and request you walk the final distance to the property itself. While this might seem like a minus, I actually enjoyed the short walk (5 minutes slow walk). The area around the property is quiet and peaceful. The walk allows me an insight into how the people live. Anyway, the staff is always ready to give you a ride on a buggy to the main streets. Also, most of the attractions in the old town can be reached in a 15 - 20 minute leisurely walk.
Property: The hotel was designed and decorated with much care and thought. The lobby-cum-dining area feels homely and welcoming. Rooms are clean, spacious, and with very comfortable beds.
Breakfast: There are two options, one savoury and one sweet, both of which are local foods. I only had the savoury option and it was delicious! Had it three days in a row, no complaints. Special mention goes to the breakfast coffee. To me, it is always a challenge finding suitably strong coffee in China, but their brew hits the right spot.
And now for the best part of the hotel: the staff. Everyone of them I encountered was courteous, welcoming, patient, and kind. Their welcome is genuine and warm. They seem to really want you to enjoy your stay, both in the hotel as well as in the city. The staff are lovely ambassadors for Quanzhou.

We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful experience we had during our stay at your hotel.
From the moment we arrived, your staff’s friendliness, patience, and genuine care made us felt truly welcome.
The accommodations were exceptional—our room was spacious with a large and well-appointed bathroom that comfortably suited two guests.
The living room, furnished with a cozy sofa and coffee table, provided the perfect setting for a relaxed breakfast.
Additionally, the laundry facilities were easy to use, making it convenient for us to wash our clothes.
The entire hotel(being a new building) was immaculately clean and maintained to the highest standards. The quiet, resort-style ambience added to the overall comfort of our stay.
One of the highlights was the scenic view of the magnificent Kaiyuan Temple which added a touch of tranquility to our experience.
Moreover, the hotel’s location was extremely convenient—just steps away from a vibrant shopping street filled with local gift shops, delicious restaurants/ food stalls and charming cocktail bars.
It is also one of the rare find within the walking zone yet reachable by car instead of having to drag your luggages to your accomodation.
Overall, we highly recommend 泉州录莳民宿（西街开元寺店）to anyone seeking a comfortable, well-located and beautifully maintained hotel in Quanzhou.

KKeith Heng JSThe boutique hotel is located in a really beautiful alley known as the flower alley, with exquisite rustic buildings and floral decorations. It is conveniently located near to the main attractions like the 西街 and many famous restaurants.
The hotel has pretty good amenities and it is quiet and relaxing. Our room had a big garden that we enjoyed as well. The huge projector was a plus point and great for movie nights. The breakfast is simple and perhaps can be improved, but if you’re looking for a quick and convenient bite it suffices. Otherwise, there’s plenty great options in the area as well.
Overall we really enjoyed the place as it was comfortable and conveniently located, while still being quiet and ambient.

UUsuario invitado喜歡，很美的酒店，一線湖景，高空望出去心曠神怡，非常舒服。
服務也很棒，工作人員態度熱情，響應非常及時，剛入住的房間因為前幾天暴雨窗邊有點水，聯繫前台後馬上換了另一間。
山景房可以遠眺清源山脈，向下還可以看到一部分湖景，喜歡植物的朋友一定會喜歡。
PS：電梯處的滴水獸很可愛

LLauren 红月Pasé 6 noches en 2208. Se había guardado en mi Trip.com durante muchos meses antes de mi vacaciones de verano, así que me alegro de que tuvieran disponibilidad para la semana que planeaba visitar.
En orden de importancia para mí como viajero solo (mujer extranjera) son: ubicación, seguridad y ayuda del personal.
1. Localización: Creo que la ubicación es perfecta. Está en una pequeña calle detrás de la calle occidental y directamente a través de la puerta occidental del templo de Kaiyuan. Esta zona es muy central y conveniente.
2. Seguridad: En general, la ciudad es segura, pero en realidad está cerca de un destino turístico principal, por lo que para evitar que los no invitados entren hay una puerta con acceso a la tecla para la noche tarda.
3. Ayuda al personal: Había algunas barreras lingüísticas debido a mi falta de fluidez, pero el personal intentó ayudar lo más posible para asegurarme de que estaba cómodo. Si hubo un problema, se resolvió rápidamente y si no entendí, fueron pacientes y trataron de explicarlo de otra manera.
En el mismo edificio hay dos 2208 edificios, uno con vistas al Templo Kaiyuan desde algunas habitaciones y desde el techo, y el otro parece más moderno, pero sin esta vista. Hay servicio de limpieza disponible si lo necesitas y botellas de agua gratuitas diariamente.
Si buscas servicios como una televisión o desayuno, quizás no es una opción adecuada, pero si quieres un lugar para dormir cerca de los mejores sitios de Quanzhou, y tienes un personal amable saludos todos los días, entonces es una buena opción.

YYas_miniNot sure if this hotel is independently run or under the park in brand. The checkin and check out and getting left luggage just took forever. The staff were not friendly, no uniforms were worn, no welcome was given . Nothing was even said when I checked in. I was given a room that was clean and tidy. However the first night being a Saturday I was kept awake by the thumping sounds of the nightclub and the screaming sounds of KTV bar which kept me up all night. Then at 6 am the construction started digging and grinding. I asked to switch rooms and the next room was smaller . Somewhat clean. But it over looked the roof of the building where the aircon machines were which was absolutely loud.
The breakfast in this hotel was abysmal . Not much western food or vegetarian options. Except over sugary cereal and toast with no toppings. Every morning the room was filled and mosh patrons wasted half of what they took it was disheartening to see soo much food waste. The breakfast fruits were also always finished and nothing was being replenished. The chairs and table were dirty and stained. And I’m not sure the type of hygiene that went on cause no staff wore any type of uniforms. The coffee machine was dirty with finger marks and the overall cleaning was just poor. Skip the breakfast it was loud and in there and I saw guests sitting with the feet on the chains and kids sleeping all over the place.
The location is not very convenient it’s a bit of a distance from the west street and buses are not frequent but the bus stop is right outside.
The restroom in the lobby was also in a very poor state when I wanted to use it.
Again it is 2025 why are wel allowing smoking in public establishments! The halls smelt like smoke and one day my room a non-smoking room had a stench of smoke coming through the vents. The daily house keeping was also suspect, one day the toilet was cleaned and floors mopped the next.
Seriously , not sure if it’s actually is a radisson or what. But overall the room was clean and tidy.
