Check in process is fast and everything went smooth. Room is spacious and very comfortable. Fruits and snacks are also served. Breakfast buffet has a very wide variety selection from Chinese to western cuisine, with amazing view from the top most of the hotel.

location is okay. cleaningness is okay. front desk service is okay. the air condition is terrible, having 27 degrees in room, very hot that cannot sleep, lucky they can offer a machine to blow cool wind and I need to open the window and switch off the air condition, but the sounds from the cool wind machine very noisy, cannot sleep well for the whole night. also, from their information, everything need to charge, so mean.

It was great stay and really been enjoyed with good hospitality from reception and hotel staffs. A Birthday decoration from hotel 👍❤️

New and very big room , a very good Cantonese dimsum cuisine and a big spa at the side of the hotel. Location is good. Will definitely stay if go back to Shishi.

This is the worst hotel experience i have ever had. There are no non-smoking floors. I book this hotel because locals said that it is one of the top two hotels in Shishi. While the other top hotel has non smoking floors, this hotel allows people to smoke anywhere they want. The air condition/ventilation in my room didnt work. The room temperature went all the way up to 31degree celcius. It was winter outside but I was experiencing summer inside the hotel. Called the service desk for help. A staff came 30 mins after the first call, she said she will find someone to fix it and find me a fan. Waited for an hour, nothing happened. So I called the 2nd time but none of the staff came. Waited for another hour and called the 3rd time, this time the staff even start scolding me, and said "Please stop calling. All the fans are in use. So theres no fan available. And we cant move you to another room as all the rooms are occupied." Given theres no other option, we are forced to stay in a stuffy room. Additionally, there is a karaoke center at 5th floor. The noise woke me up every night. I complaint it to the hotel staff. They said "It's normal. Other guests have complaint it before but this is our hotel facility. There is nothing we can do." They told me to ignore it. Seriously, what kind of service is this? I thought hotels are for guest to sleep and rest. This hotel has brought it to another level, I guess. I was really trying to be nice but the staff ignore you when you were nice to them. None of the issues were solved.

Great hotel with great well equipped sport facilities such as gym, swimming and Pilates. Restaurant offer various menu and the food quality is excellent and fresh. Check in/out should be improved and is below the standard of this star hotel. However, looking forward to next stay here

Very nice hotel. Nice room and comfortable bed. Great shower. TV needs some more channels in English. Food is OK
