Positives: - Perfect family resort with tons of activities for children to enjoy. Can spend the whole day just taking part in activities - breakfast is fantastic, in terms of taste and variety, especially the usage of local hsinchu food - Room big, comfortable and with nice decor - international power socket - baby shampoo, soap and lotion provided - eco friendly (toilet amenities such as tooth brush, paste) only provided upon request - indoor swimming pool - sauna Negatives - location not the best (next to a lake but not near the city centre or other amenities. Only a convenience store at the outside of the hotel) - sound insulation not perfect. Maybe just my room. Room facing the road, can hear the sound of traffic.

The hotel is very clean and has a convenient location, making it easy to get around. We would especially like to commend Cathy Lin for her excellent service. We encountered an unfortunate situation with another hotel guest, and she handled the matter with great professionalism and care. She resolved the issue promptly and even upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated. Cathy is also very attentive and proactive—always quick to respond and ready to step forward to assist whenever needed. Her service made a big difference to our stay. Highly recommended.

I loved my room - very spacious and it came with a balcony with a cycling padding machine. There are a few things which I dislike are 1.lack of socket outlet - this is very obvious at the work desk area. if I need to work, I need to remove the lights socket and replaced with my laptop plug. So I have to work in very dim condition or to work on bed. 2. height of the socket outlet at work desk area is a bit out - I had to adjust the desk in another direction in order to work. 3. the height of the seat at the work desk area is not ideal - way too low 4. hair dryer is driving me crazy - other than mini size, it stopped every other min. N it would start again after a few mins rest. Other than the above mentioned, I am still happy with the hotel. When I mentioned about the hair dryer issue, the attendants at the reception were very helpful - they passed me another normal size hair dryer. I would come back again.

the location is excellent easy to find.. the staff are friendly and approachable the water and coffee is unlimited and i love the most is the bed is nice so lambot❤️🇹🇼👍

It’s a local spread—think braised pork rice (Lu Rou Fan), porridge, and stir-fried vegetables—alongside basic toast and coffee. Unexpected Perks: Even the budget rooms often come with a bathtub, which is a rare find at this price point. The hotel also offers free use of a washing machine on the first floor. Booked this hotel as my friend is also staying there, I was there only for a night and was given room 601. Once I open the room door I noticed a weird sourish smell. Room is definitely dated. The AC kept making weird noise, had to turn it to low and the noise level is more acceptable.  Other than that it appears to be clean. As I was staying for only 1 night and my friend is staying more nights, after I checked out, I went over to his room to store my perishables in the fridge as my flight is at 8pm. Once I stepped in, there was a strong sourish smell in the room which even the cleaning staff acknowledged that she smell it too. She sugggested opening the window to facilitate better air flow and if it still doesn’t work then maybe will use a air freshener. And then, the metal key didn’t work when I try to open the room door. The same lady assisted me and told me to turn the key left before turning the door knob right. But when I came back to the room, the key doesn’t work no matter if I turned it left or right. She took over and it opened, had to turn it left with more force 😬 Next, AC controller doesn’t work. She came back again and when she press it worked but she also said it’s tougher to press the button, she will change the batteries. After changing the batteries it’s still very tough to press the button, so she changed the controller instead. How eventful.  Won’t stay again if I can help it. Positive note though, the room wall paper doesn’t have the weird black barbwire pattern shows on the pics of trip.com, sorry I forgot to take pics.
