Putting 1-star for facilities due to water ponding in standing bath area in room 307. Water doesn't flow down the drain. Both foot will be soaked in water while showering which is quite disgusting. It's a known problem (as the flooring is not done probably) and not fixed by the hotel. Water remains even in the next morning. We questioned the recept staff if this is a known issue but she did not answer. So, avoid room 307. 5-stars for all other area. We got a room changed and the bath area was bigger and no more water ponding issue in standing bath area.

Hay un estacionamiento en el interior, el salón del hotel es muy bonito, y bonos de recepción (tarjeta, helado, fruta), el cuarto es muy grande y muy cómodo, la ubicación es grande para abrir la maleta hay muchas posiciones, muy bueno, el cuarto de baño tiene un ventilador de aire acondicionado, y el futuro querrá quedarse otra vez

El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. También compré el bkft que fue sorprendentemente grande. El hotel es un antiguo edificio en un barrio histórico, pero el propio hotel era limpio, el interior era funcional, la habitación era de gran tamaño y el baño era grande con un baño profundo. Servicio: agradable y amigable La máquina de lavar fue un bono.

Hotel location is very good and convenient to move around. Room is spacious and clean.  Hotel has free coffee and tea in the lobby whole day with water dispensers available at several floors. In the evening they also have free bath salts and herbs and essential oil for customers to take for baths. Breakfast in hotel is ok. No gym or pool though. For price range I think this hotel is good value!

La ubicación está en la ciudad. No en el estacionamiento por las limitaciones de altura.. Pero el estacionamiento gratuito frente a la estación de tren se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie.

Very close to train station,  approachable staffs, clean room, nice and love to stay again if i have a chance.

Se encuentra a 10 minutos a pie de las calles Jingguo y Minsheng, y a 3 minutos a pie de Giant City. La zona cuenta con todo lo necesario para comer y beber, lo que la hace muy conveniente. Las habitaciones están bastante limpias, algunas incluso son nuevas, lo cual se agradece.

For the price, this place was very disappointing. First surprise was when checking in, you're told that you have to hand your keys in whenever you leave. I asked why, and they said they don't want people copying the keys, but it certainly doesn't make me feel my stuff is safe when I don't have the key. Why they couldn't use a key card system like every other hotel, I don't know, but they wouldn't have that problem if they did. In any case, the locks are terrible. Like the kind for locking a bathroom door, it'd probably open if you rattled hard enough! The room itself clearly hasn't been redecorated in years, and looks tatty and everything is old and outdated. Worryingly, clearly there's a water leak from the bathroom and the corner of the wall on the bedroom side showed obvious water damage and looked damp. I think the room had been cleaned well enough but everything was so old, I didn't really want to touch anything. There was no quilt cover, just a sheet under it, so who knows how dirty that might have been. Likewise, there was a water cooler in the room rather than supplying bottled water, but I didn't feel confident trying it and bought bottled water from the shop instead. I think they'd tried to make an effort to make the rooms colourful. That was a focus of the room pictures and also they have photos of different room styles downstairs in the breakfast room too, but it just looks a bit weird. In my room, it looks like they found a random outdoors picture on the internet and copy pasted some random English text over the top. So, there's a full wall sized advert for a foreign internet company. It just looks tacky on a bedroom wall! The shower is over a bath, which is pointless as the bath is about 1m long and so nobody would fit in it comfortably anyway. Of course, there's no shower curtain so everything in the wet room gets soaked when you have a shower. Also, there's a sign by the toilet paper dispenser telling you not to put paper in the toilet, so I put my dirty paper in the bin provided. Was quite shocked that they don't clean the room daily as it wasn't a pleasant smell a day later. The breakfast was very basic Chinese style. I've enjoyed the Chinese breakfast in every other hotel I've stayed here, but here it's basically only rice, tofu and pickled vegetables. The location is good though. Close to the train station, and so near to all the sights as well.

The room smelled like combination of dirty unwashed dog, pee and cigarettes. Disgusting. Staff were nice. You really get what you pay for. Wouldn’t come here again.

Booked this hotel as my friend is also staying there, I was there only for a night and was given room 601. Once I open the room door I noticed a weird sourish smell. Room is definitely dated. The AC kept making weird noise, had to turn it to low and the noise level is more acceptable.  Other than that it appears to be clean. As I was staying for only 1 night and my friend is staying more nights, after I checked out, I went over to his room to store my perishables in the fridge as my flight is at 8pm. Once I stepped in, there was a strong sourish smell in the room which even the cleaning staff acknowledged that she smell it too. She sugggested opening the window to facilitate better air flow and if it still doesn’t work then maybe will use a air freshener. And then, the metal key didn’t work when I try to open the room door. The same lady assisted me and told me to turn the key left before turning the door knob right. But when I came back to the room, the key doesn’t work no matter if I turned it left or right. She took over and it opened, had to turn it left with more force 😬 Next, AC controller doesn’t work. She came back again and when she press it worked but she also said it’s tougher to press the button, she will change the batteries. After changing the batteries it’s still very tough to press the button, so she changed the controller instead. How eventful.  Won’t stay again if I can help it. Positive note though, the room wall paper doesn’t have the weird black barbwire pattern shows on the pics of trip.com, sorry I forgot to take pics.
