MMJHUKUn buen lugar para llegar al aeropuerto. Tiene un shuttle gratis y es fácil para usar el UP express para llegar al centro de Toronto. Hay un piscina, restaurantes, un casino y carreras de caballo. Los empleados son amistosos.

VVivian Dewi ShenRequested the newly renovated room instead of non renovated. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly to let us check in at 1.30pm as our rooms was ready. Eventhough we didnt get the connecting room as we requested but we were happy enough to let us an early check in.

UUsuario invitadoCuando se habla de Radisson Blu, la gente puede pensar en un hotel de 4 estrellas, pero mi experiencia con Radisson Blu no fue tan divertida. La falta de comunicación comenzó desde que nos registramos. En Trip.com, decía que podíamos tomar un desayuno estilo buffet por $25 por persona, pero al preguntarles, dijeron que era a la carta y que debíamos pagar en el restaurante. No había buffet disponible. Me pidieron que enviara un correo electrónico para confirmar si la información sobre el desayuno era precisa, tal como se mencionaba en trip.com. Lamentablemente, nadie respondió a mi correo electrónico hasta el horario del desayuno (de 8 a 11 am) y no desayunamos por la mañana.
La habitación está bien. No es tan emocionante como suena como Radisson Blu. Me he alojado en Radisson Blu en otros países, pero la calidad de la habitación que tenían allí ni siquiera es comparable con la del Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown. La habitación en el Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown es como la de cualquier otro hotel. La máquina de café estaba muy sucia. Cuando nos quejamos en recepción, no nos enviaron ningún recambio. Otra cosa es que no nos proporcionaron kits dentales como deberían proporcionar en todos los hoteles de 4 estrellas. Al solicitarlo en recepción, nos enviaron kits dentales como una hora después.
Cuando le hice el check out a la recepcionista, ella era una aprendiz. Le mostré la foto de la máquina de café sucia y le expliqué nuestra insatisfacción. Ella dijo que no podía hacer ninguna compensación ya que la habitación estaba prepagada. A cambio me ofreció una botella de agua para nuestro viaje 😄. Quiero decir, no necesito una botella de agua como compensación. Luego me ofreció que el estacionamiento sería por cuenta de la casa. Ahora, estoy esperando la devolución de mi depósito de seguridad de $100.
Aparte de eso, la ubicación del hotel es muy agradable y conveniente. Justo en el corazón del centro. La torre CN era visible desde la ventana de nuestra habitación.
Considerando todo, no cumple con el estándar de un hotel de 4 estrellas.

UUsuario invitadoI’ll start with the positives. This is a fantastic location. You are steps from major downtown Toronto attractions. Restaurants and shops are everywhere. The CN Tower rises right in front of the building, which is pretty hard to beat. The apartment was clean. There were lots of towels. The bathroom was bigger than expected. If you split this with another couple, the price becomes very reasonable for downtown. That said, the second bedroom is tight. There’s basically no space for suitcases or personal items. Now the not so good. Arrival and check-in were chaotic. It was pouring rain during rush hour and there was nowhere to park as instructed. My husband had to keep circling while I ran inside getting soaked. Despite completing online check-in and receiving an “online check-in complete” email, my security deposit hadn’t gone through. I had checked the many emails they sent and didn’t see anything flagging this. Even though everything else was fully paid in advance, they wouldn’t let me go to the room to dry off or grab my glasses to fix the issue. I had to authorize a manual credit card charge over the phone because I couldn’t read their links without my glasses. Not a great feeling. The building entrance is nice. Big, clean, and airy. The hallway to the unit is the opposite. Worn carpet, scuffed walls, chipped paint. Not the best first impression. Inside the unit was better. It looked freshly painted and was clean. I paid extra for a balcony thinking “Metropolitan Lofts – CN Tower” meant we’d be sitting out admiring the tower. That part is on me for not checking. The listing didn’t promise a view. Our balcony faced an office building and a parking lot. Below was a sad patch of grass filled with old boots, a broken broom, crushed beer cans, and what felt like 10,000 cigarette butts. The neighbour used their balcony as a full-time phone booth at max volume. If you’re not on the Front St side, don’t bother paying extra for a balcony. The unit had enough space for two, but it was too warm. The thermostat didn’t do anything. It stayed around 24–25°C the whole time, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The bedding didn’t help. The bottom sheet was just a tucked flat sheet. It came loose both nights. The duvet setup was also odd, with layers of flat sheets above and below the duvet that slid around. I kept waking up on the mattress pad or directly on the duvet. A fitted sheet and proper duvet cover would fix this. The worst part was the elevators. They are very slow. Plan an extra 10–15 minutes just waiting. The middle elevator felt unsafe. It opened and closed repeatedly for no reason. It stopped at every floor with no one there. It randomly changed direction mid-trip. One time it didn’t line up with the floor and we had to step down. That was enough for me. I took the stairs after that. Overall: 5/5 for location, 4/5 for cleanliness. If you’re a group of four, the two-bedroom can be a decent value, just expect tight space. If you care about smooth check-in, reliable elevators, temperature control, and decent bedding, this might not be your place.

LLimGreat location, easy check in / check out, amazing views from very high floor of a 50-story condominium. I was able to check in at 3PM and the place was very clean. 24 hour security at the lobby and 24 hour concierge on 5th floor. There is a large public parking lot right across the street that is safe and easy to use. Starbucks & Tim Horton’s is right downstairs, and Dundas Square is literally a 6 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

TTati11I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo.
Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing.
It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

En general, a pesar de las estrictas reglas y de las cuestiones menores, me gustaba la habitación y tuve una estadía feliz.
