Esta es una casa de vecindario configurada como posada con varias habitaciones. La habitación está limpia, parece renovada, el único inconveniente es que la casa y el vecindario están deteriorados y en condiciones que probablemente no te alojarás allí en la primera impresión. Es conveniente llegar en autobús y tranvía o caminar directamente hasta el tren de tránsito. Los alrededores ofrecen muchos restaurantes para comer y especialmente comida china, como lo es Chinatown. Si está dispuesto a aceptar la habitación básica solo para dormir por la noche, el precio es una opción.

El nuevo albergue ha mejorado un poco desde que yo trabajaba y permanecí allí .Te digo que fue de una cueva a un albergue de alta final .todo es nuevo.el propietario tiene una cadena establecida de albergues en Asia HK . A la entrada del nuevo albergue me saludaron los triple y no se me dejó ningún depósito para el fob clave como los viejos días. Este albergue tiene camas marco sólidas. Aunque un poco más allá del parque Clarence. Este albergue es el Porsche de albergues .grandes pensamientos se han ido en secadoras de pelo y un suministro 24/7 más hotelero . Excelente ducha y cubiertas para descansar ur las piernas cansadas .la zona es menos loca que los principales albergues .pero hay r dos supermkts cerca de y y un rama y un almacén de licor de dólares .Starbucks está alojado con metro .pero a través de la calle del Royal Bank es el freshco . Aquí está el hotel, donde se encuentra el personal de la habitación.

Understanding what this place is will help with expectations. It’s not a 5 star hotel and it’s not meant to be. While there are some rooms that have a private washroom, many have a shared washroom with a couple washrooms on each level. Kind of like a hostel. If you’re looking for a place to sleep for a night or 2 in a great location in downtown Toronto, without having to spend a new car payment, then this place is great. Beds are clean and comfortable. I got a room with 2 single beds for under $130 after missing my train and needing a place to sleep until the next train in the morning. About a 10 to 15 minute walk to Union Station. Service is friendly.

Este lugar estaba bastante bien para ser una de esas pensiones de estilo chino. Es una buena ubicación si buscas algo en el West End. No me gusta mucho el modelo sin recepción, pero la entrada automática funcionaba bien y el lugar estaba limpio.

Stayed on the 5th floor of the hotel room with the bedroom facing an office space. As a result, would need to draw the curtain if privacy is needed. There were some road construction or renovations going on in the early morning (around 5am) near the office block and the construction noise can be heard from the room. Requested for a kettle, and the kettle provided has a lot of calcific deposits at the base of the kettle.

I’ll start with the positives. This is a fantastic location. You are steps from major downtown Toronto attractions. Restaurants and shops are everywhere. The CN Tower rises right in front of the building, which is pretty hard to beat. The apartment was clean. There were lots of towels. The bathroom was bigger than expected. If you split this with another couple, the price becomes very reasonable for downtown. That said, the second bedroom is tight. There’s basically no space for suitcases or personal items. Now the not so good. Arrival and check-in were chaotic. It was pouring rain during rush hour and there was nowhere to park as instructed. My husband had to keep circling while I ran inside getting soaked. Despite completing online check-in and receiving an “online check-in complete” email, my security deposit hadn’t gone through. I had checked the many emails they sent and didn’t see anything flagging this. Even though everything else was fully paid in advance, they wouldn’t let me go to the room to dry off or grab my glasses to fix the issue. I had to authorize a manual credit card charge over the phone because I couldn’t read their links without my glasses. Not a great feeling. The building entrance is nice. Big, clean, and airy. The hallway to the unit is the opposite. Worn carpet, scuffed walls, chipped paint. Not the best first impression. Inside the unit was better. It looked freshly painted and was clean. I paid extra for a balcony thinking “Metropolitan Lofts – CN Tower” meant we’d be sitting out admiring the tower. That part is on me for not checking. The listing didn’t promise a view. Our balcony faced an office building and a parking lot. Below was a sad patch of grass filled with old boots, a broken broom, crushed beer cans, and what felt like 10,000 cigarette butts. The neighbour used their balcony as a full-time phone booth at max volume. If you’re not on the Front St side, don’t bother paying extra for a balcony. The unit had enough space for two, but it was too warm. The thermostat didn’t do anything. It stayed around 24–25°C the whole time, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The bedding didn’t help. The bottom sheet was just a tucked flat sheet. It came loose both nights. The duvet setup was also odd, with layers of flat sheets above and below the duvet that slid around. I kept waking up on the mattress pad or directly on the duvet. A fitted sheet and proper duvet cover would fix this. The worst part was the elevators. They are very slow. Plan an extra 10–15 minutes just waiting. The middle elevator felt unsafe. It opened and closed repeatedly for no reason. It stopped at every floor with no one there. It randomly changed direction mid-trip. One time it didn’t line up with the floor and we had to step down. That was enough for me. I took the stairs after that. Overall: 5/5 for location, 4/5 for cleanliness. If you’re a group of four, the two-bedroom can be a decent value, just expect tight space. If you care about smooth check-in, reliable elevators, temperature control, and decent bedding, this might not be your place.

Habitación en buen estado y muy amables. Pero la lavadora no funcionaba bien... t.t. Nuestra ropa estaba muy mojada y no se secaba. El resto del servicio y el desayuno eran muy buenos.

Buena ubicación para recorrer la ciudad y acceder al tren, buses y aeropuertos. Los PODs, son como en la foto. Después hay un comedor y cocina en donde poder sentarse, baños y duchas por separado, cabinas para reuniones, llamadas telefónicas. A diferencia de hostels no hay lockers para dejar el equipaje grande, sino que deja en un lugar específico sin muchas medidas de seguridad, entiendo que es porque no hay hechos de robos. El ambiente me pareció casi familiar, muy ameno.
