Hoteles cerca de Centro comercial Chinook Centre, Calgary

I am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel. . I am writing to complain  the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge. Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone.  So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line. So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction. I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

Me he alojado en el Westin durante muchos años y disfruto de la ubicación y la limpieza. Si utiliza Trip, es posible que pueda obtener el desayuno gratis, que de otro modo es muy caro. Y, por supuesto, ¡las camas celestiales Westin! Y aparcamiento de autoservicio, que es mejor que el servicio de aparcacoches.

Estaba una noche mientras asistimos al concierto Burton Cummings allí. Habiendo hecho esta misma rutina para asistir a conciertos varias veces en los años, me siento que las habitaciones parecen un poco fechadas y tienen un sentimiento habitual para ellos por el precio. Realmente se pierden las ofertas donde se puede comprar como paquete para la habitación y los billetes de concierto junto con el desayuno a un precio justo.

Service was fine, they gave us warm cookies upon arrival and check out. The pool and fitness rooms were clean, and the rooms were tidy, though they were a bit dark from lack of lighting. A couple of things to note: the mattresses were extremely soft (even as someone who prefers soft mattresses), it felt like I was slowly sinking into the floor. The soundproofing is also quite weak, so I would recommend sleeping with earplugs or it may be hard to sleep with guests running around. One more thing to note was that the balcony door was not locked when we checked in. Since we are on the 7th floor it was safe, however next time I would double check just in case, because there are many people visiting the hotel for functions and events.

El hotel está muy cerca del aeropuerto, lo que ha facilitado mucho nuestro día de viaje, aunque no hay servicio de navegación. El hotel es un hotel de 3 estrellas. Nuestra habitación fue renovada, limpia, moderna y muy cómoda definitivamente un destacado punto de vista de nuestra estadía. En general, nos disfrutamos de nuestro tiempo aquí y nos quedaríamos feliz de nuevo!

Gran servicio. Llamé con anticipación para solicitar un check-in tardío porque mi vuelo estaba retrasado y tenían a alguien en el mostrador cuando finalmente llegué. También me ayudaron a conseguir una nueva tarjeta de acceso a la habitación cuando la mía no funcionaba correctamente. El hotel también está en el corazón del centro de la ciudad y cerca de una estación de tren C.

The bed was much too hard. The air conditioning unit kept switching itself from warm to freezing even though I had it on the heat-only setting. The housekeeping team tried to come in and clean my room 45mins before I was scheduled to check-out. Then my keycard was deactivated 10 minutes before checkout time so I was locked out when I returned from breakfast and had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. The first lady at reception said she’d reactivated my keycard, so I went back upstairs and was still locked out, and the elevator was far too slow and I didn’t want to get penalised for checking out late, so I had to walk down the stairs (which were very difficult to find!) then a second lady gave me a different, new keycard to get back into my room, then I had to walk back up the stairs again and was finally able to get my luggage and check out. Overall it was a pretty bad experience.

El hotel es espacioso y limpio. Ven aquí con mi familia y todos nos impresionamos con el confort de la cama, incluyendo la limpieza

Tiene una buena relación calidad-precio; aunque está un poco lejos de la ciudad de Banff, el precio es razonable.

Me gustaría desayuno: tostada con aguacate y dos huevos blandos, con hojas verdes.
