Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre Calgary Airport

No es nada bueno y tampoco hubo servicio de habitaciones durante los 3 días que estuvimos alojados.

There was no hot water in the shower. I tried to shower twice and only got cold water. I travel full time and really wanted a hot shower.

I didn't make full use of the amenities as it was a short stay. I appreciated the fact that it was quiet. The staff were pleasant and it was clean.

I stayed at this hotel for a brief overnight stay to accommodate my early flight out of Calgary. The room size, storage space, and comfort level would have made it a great hotel for a longer stay in the city! Pleasantly surprised and will stay here again.

Check in was easy and staff friendly and professional. Our room was large and comfortable. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The pillows were far above average.

The property was new and there wasn’t much development around yet. The hotel itself was very nice and clean.

Our room was very clean, and the hotel itself was very clean. We enjoyed the heated floors in the bathroom as a nice perk. Very quiet staying out by the airport and provides easy access to the airport or highway the next morning!

Clean, Tidy Comfortable at a good price. Lobby smelt of the Indian Buffet on arrival - I understand that this is being phased out\reduced in the near future. You have to go through the buffet\seating area to find the lounge & bar, its not immediately apparent. Bar food & drink was well presented, generous sized portions & a fair price. Hotel rooms lacked a menu detailing the lounges offerings*. Pool was comfortably warm & clean, the sauna was also clean & comfortably hot, the hot tub was under-powered with its jets. Smoking area with seating provided outside. We travelled with others & some rooms had a better office chair than others, rooms clean comfortable but smaller pillows didn't always make for a easy drop off to sleep, each room had a fridge but no microwave, one of these was provided near the ice-maker. The one thing that really lets this venue down is its location, it's on a less than ideal road with car breakers & ring fenced by newer industrial units, it is close to LRT, gas station, beer stores, fast food vendors & supermarkets This closer distance to local amenities give it an advantage over other hotels in the area. Would I book here again - Defnitely would without a doubt, something echoed by every other member of our party. *Some of these comments were given to the manager when he introduced himself to me, hence some things mentioned are already being addressed.
