Me he alojado en el Westin durante muchos años y disfruto de la ubicación y la limpieza. Si utiliza Trip, es posible que pueda obtener el desayuno gratis, que de otro modo es muy caro. Y, por supuesto, ¡las camas celestiales Westin! Y aparcamiento de autoservicio, que es mejor que el servicio de aparcacoches.

Not our first time staying here -but we left with a sense of frustration today! It began when the front desk couldn’t find our reservation - twice ! (despite a phone call 2 hours prior to check in). Had to take my driver’s licence and go “somewhere to talk to someone in the back” - then he came back (after 2 or so  minutes) and “magically” the reservation had been found. Unnerving for my identification to disappear from my sight. No explanation offered. Frustrated again at check out when the desk clerk tried to charge us for something from the snack bar in our room - we had literally left our room 2 minutes before. Couldn’t tell us what item we had “consumed” (we hadn’t consumed anything - especially at those prices!) and then when asked how they could possibly know within 2 minutes (of us leaving our room) that an item had been consumed - they became very defensive and couldn’t actually answer the question of “how do you know what to charge us for” and the response was “it’s for the report at the end of the day - no one is saying you actually took anything”. Except that’s exactly what the desk clerk said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”. After challenging the charge we were told that no charge would be put through on the credit card. Made to feel like we had “stolen” something when we asked for further clarification on the charge. “No apologies or thank you for staying with us”. Disappointing. Side note - Service in the casino was great - including the restaurant.

Overall it was a decent stay here. Pros: -Clean room with comfortable beds -Shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. -nice clean waterpark with helpful and friendly attendant who did not rush us at the end of the night when our young kiddo was dragging his feet to avoid having to leave - heated pools and 2 water slides made the hotel more appealing for us with having our kids along Cons: - the waterpark slides did not have enough of an angle so we couldn’t get down the slides with out having to propel ourselves at times which was odd but also nearly comical -tiny rooms especially for the price. It felt a bit cramped with the limited furniture and the kids on pull out sofa. - the bathroom door provided zero privacy from the rest of the room with no sound barrier, plus it had a “frosted” glass panel as the main part of the door so it was completely see through, and was a tiny bathroom. - no in room microwave so we missed out on being able to heat up leftover takeout from our trip to help us keep costs down and reduce waste unless my husband went hunting for one to use on the main floor, but that was quite a hike when we are on 4th floor so food was cooled right down by the time it made it back to our room. - ordering from the menu at the onsite breakfast restaurant was expensive and the food was quite disappointing. My kids seemed to enjoy the breakfast buffet at least which was free for 5 & under at least.

Service was fine, they gave us warm cookies upon arrival and check out. The pool and fitness rooms were clean, and the rooms were tidy, though they were a bit dark from lack of lighting. A couple of things to note: the mattresses were extremely soft (even as someone who prefers soft mattresses), it felt like I was slowly sinking into the floor. The soundproofing is also quite weak, so I would recommend sleeping with earplugs or it may be hard to sleep with guests running around. One more thing to note was that the balcony door was not locked when we checked in. Since we are on the 7th floor it was safe, however next time I would double check just in case, because there are many people visiting the hotel for functions and events.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn Calgary Airport (IHG). The location is very convenient for the airport and surrounding routes, and the overall cleanliness of the property was excellent—both the rooms and common areas were well maintained. Amenities are fairly basic, so travellers expecting extensive facilities may find them somewhat limited. Unfortunately, the service was on the poorer end of the spectrum during my stay. One point future guests should be aware of: the booking information on the hotel’s website states that a deposit is required, but it does not clearly specify that this must be provided strictly via credit card. Staff indicated that this policy is standard at hotels worldwide; however, as an experienced traveller, I can confirm that many hotels do in fact accept debit cards for deposits. To avoid any issues at check-in, make sure you bring a credit card with you. Overall: great location and cleanliness, basic amenities, but service and clarity around deposit policies could certainly be improved.

Gran servicio. Llamé con anticipación para solicitar un check-in tardío porque mi vuelo estaba retrasado y tenían a alguien en el mostrador cuando finalmente llegué. También me ayudaron a conseguir una nueva tarjeta de acceso a la habitación cuando la mía no funcionaba correctamente. El hotel también está en el corazón del centro de la ciudad y cerca de una estación de tren C.

El hotel es espacioso y limpio. Ven aquí con mi familia y todos nos impresionamos con el confort de la cama, incluyendo la limpieza

Tiene una buena relación calidad-precio; aunque está un poco lejos de la ciudad de Banff, el precio es razonable.

Reservé este hotel por pura casualidad justo después de cancelar mi reserva en un hotel cerca del aeropuerto, ya que buscaba una ubicación más conveniente para desplazarme y explorar el centro. Me sorprendió gratamente la experiencia. El servicio fue excelente, las habitaciones estaban limpias, ordenadas y bien equipadas, y eran lo suficientemente espaciosas para dos o tres personas, todo a un precio muy razonable. El hotel está ubicado en una zona conveniente con casi todos los servicios esenciales cerca, lo que lo hace ideal para quienes buscan un alojamiento cerca del centro a un precio asequible.
