La habitación que me dieron fue recientemente remodelada pero faltan muchas cosas: 1. Tabla de planchar 2.Perchas para toallas en el baño 3. Almohadas extra para el sofá cama 4. Una manta para el sofá cama 5. Solo había una taza Keurig con cafeína y 3 descafeinado. Tomo cafeína así que una no fue suficiente 6. La puerta del balcón no se podía cerrar

I did not stay here these nights but was charged I called to talk to them but they were so rude and did not help at all fraud is coming for them

I booked For four nights, November 24-27 2021,checked in went to room and preceded to find various hairs in the sheets, no just same kind but like from deferent people, room was aged, shower and tub were nasty, seen better truck stop bathrooms. Proceeded to go to the desk and informed the clerk. No housekeeping available. Clerk was very friendly. Informed him we would not be staying and left.

It was a decent place but first of all, the room had no water. Only an ice bucket was available. When I called to ask for towels, they didn’t have any. They handed me only short floor towels because that’s all they had even though the room only had one for a two-bed room. The breakfast they handed out in the morning was ready to-go due to COVID however they were frozen and we had to get going. There were other hotels in the area for pretty much the same price and I wish I would have definitely gone with an other option. The stay was fine, but I wouldn’t stay here again due to having many other options.

Handicap room was good, but they did not have any king handicap rooms. No access to breakfast area for wheelchair users.

told I'd have housekeeping after 3rd day - no one showed up by day 4. requested additional towels (only 2 of each in the room) - promised delivery but never happened. Had to call a second time, the next day, to get towels

Convenient hotel for the price and able to dine around the area, surrounded by other brand name hotels that offer the same services with a higher price. I would recommend going there, level of accommodation for noise reduction is having your tv on to mediate outside noise.

Great location, clean property, friendly staff. Quick check in and out. Loved the quiet hours noted and followed too. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The service was very good. The room appeared newly decorated and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good. The downside is that the area is noisy with traffic but Orange County is just very busy most places now. It was quieter on the back side further away from the main roads. It is convenient to the freeway.

The pictures on website look nice.. Staff was ok. Not friendly. Just barely assisted. The elevator was dirty.. The building is old and it smells old. The beds were very hard. No blanket just a flat sheet and a polyester top blanket. Not worth the price. The breakfast is very small and limited.. I won’t be staying here again.

we got a good deal for what we paid, no issues, spa, pool, the balcony has no chair or small table seems like there room for that, Mcdonalds next door (closes 10pm) we walked to Taqueria de Anda 1/4 mile away

Front desk lady very rude , cleaning stuff is great people hard worker it’s the only good thing in this hotel the room service is great other wise everything is bad .
