Valoraciones de Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lake Elsinore

Un hotel muy agradable con el personal que no parece estar capacitado en cómo se realizan los procesos y es un poco grosero. Pero si está buscando un lugar agradable, puede evitarlos, a menos que solo se esté registrando o saliendo, es un buen lugar para qued****.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was better than some I’ve had but not the best I’ve had either at a breakfast included hotel. Only room complaint was the lighting is not suitable for a women wanting to put her makeup on. Hard to see well. Other than that it was nice.

Good location and good staff

Second time here - thought I'd give it one more try since we are members and get points for staying. First time, advised manager of cleanliness issues and he gave us a ton of points back for his apology and I felt he was sincere. Second time, got a much better deal on Trip.com but alas... same same: room not very clean; mold in tub, bottom of tub dirty, sink not drain, blood on floor and carpet, coffee maker very very dirty and more. Again, manager very sincere in his apology but honestly, he's either not saying anything to his staff or, like many other employers these days, he has to take what he can get for staff. Super sad - location is great and SAFE, breakfast is great (and free/included) and rooms could be super nice. I would rather lose coins than upload the photos I took -- you'd never want to go and MAYBE improvements have been made this time.

I booked this hotel for a friend and his stay at the Holiday Inn (Lake Elsinore) was a great experience. Nice and friendly staff as well.

It was at a good location for the reason I went to Lake Elsinore. The only down was that I could here all the noise of toilets or showers running at night. Breakfast opinions were good.

It was super loud and not good sound proof. Our room was next to to the lobby and elevator. They didn’t give us any other available options. Our reservation was two days in a row for same room that they made us check out and check in again. They whole check in is just old school and not efficient. The main thing was that we couldn’t get good night sleep.

Didn’t service our room for 3 days. Maid service said we had our do not disturb sign each time they checked and we definitely took it off before we left each day between 11:00AM and 12:00PM. They wouldn’t even comp us any extra discounts. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Loved the breakfast and the food. Custodian super helpful in letting us into the pool. Beds were comfortable. The mirror in the bathroom was nice and bright. The only thing that could have made it better was fixing the USB ports (None of them worked) and lock for pool.

Good morning, My only complaint was the lighting in the bathroom and there lack of around the mirror. It's not bright enough at all

This was honestly one of the best and cleanest hotels in the area. David was really helpful and informative about everything I had a question on.

Clean, pleasant staff, nice breakfast. But couch functional but broken. No bedding or blanket in room for it, had to go down to get it. Since I paid extra for there to be an extra person, I would’ve expected room to have . Plus pool had no towels, shouldn’t have to go to the office for everything.
