Avevo letto recensioni negative sulla pulizia di questo Residence, quindi sono partita con un kit di detersivi per evitarmi problemi. Al mio arrivo ho lavato con igienizzante tutto il bilocale che ci era stato assegnato e sinceramente l'ho trovato accettabilmente pulito. Il bagno, la cucina, i ripiani erano tutti puliti. Sicuramente gli ambienti sono un pochino 'vissuti', ma nell'insieme la nostra impressione è più che soddisfacente. Il materasso del letto matrimoniale comodissimo come pure il divano letto. Gli spazi sono ben organizzati ed il fatto di avere un balcone ci ha permesso di preparare la nostra colazione in autonomia e tranquillità. La posizione è più che ottima, proprio in centro e a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Calanques de Figuerolles. La grand plage resta un pochino più distante, ma se piace camminare non c'è problema, in alternativa c”è il bus. Il personale del Residence è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Il fatto poi che ci sia un posteggio (a pagamento) è utilissimo. Nell'insieme siamo rimasti soddisfatti....direi più che soddisfatti.

The rooms were well appointed very clean and had all amenities. Breakfast was good for the price and the view of the ”vieux” port was really nice from the private balconies of the front rooms. We thought the ambience of the port of Ciotat was equal to that of Cassis. So why the low grade? Because to start with we had booked a junior suite with port view. The pictures of the junior suite on the site are deceiving. We were just given a bigger room on the 4th floor with the same layout as the superior room with port view. (A member of our group had a superior room with port view so we could compare). Extra facilities of the junior suite were a bathtub instead of a shower, a vase with decorative twigs and an espresso machine. No big deal for the extra money. We complained immediately when we saw the room. Our complains were not received gracefully. We were told that junior suites are not the same and not all of them as pictured. We asked for a better price which was not accepted in the beginning. Finally we were offered a room like the one pictured at the site as junior suite. They told us we would have to wait till 4 o'clock for it to be cleaned since it was a room kept for ”security reasons” and cleaned after all other rooms. We declined because security reasons may meant that somebody with Covid had used it and also it was on the second floor and exactly opposite the crane which yes it is vintage and a piece of art but you don't get the best view of the port. Finally we were given a 10% reduction on the initial price at check out. The whole experience was far from nice. We could overcome this first problem if that was all. The second reason I give a low grade and I say avoid between the 15th and 21st of August unless you go to sleep in the morning hours and noise does not bother you, is that from the 15th to 21st of August there are festivities at the port at an open space next to the hotel. There was a band on the 16th of August till 1.15 after midnight. Loud rock music which made it impossible to sleep. Closed windows didn't help at all. The least the hotel should do was to warn the customers when booking. Very bad experience. When we complained the answer was ”You should take a room at the back. In front you have views” so it does not matter if one cannot sleep. The problem really is caused by the city of Ciotat but it is totally disrespectful for the customers of the Hotel.

Bon rapport qualité prix ! Très bon accueil de la part de l'équipe de l'hôtel. Chambre propre et confortable. Très bien situé (à 5min à pieds du port). Parking de 4 ou 5 places à l'hôtel. Sinon un parking payant est juste en face de l'établissement (comptez 25€ pour 3 jours). Seul bémol : le prix du petit déjeuner qui est un peu trop élevé à mon goût. Hôtel adapté pour un séjour de quelques nuits !

Ap dijo café en la habitación, pero sólo las cinco habitaciones «familia» tienen café/té en la habitación. No hay nada en la habitación sólo una cama. Ni siquiera un fan de baño que sucia si estás con un amigo y tienes que cerrar la puerta por privacidad. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no es muy agradable. Fue una parada inesperada en un viaje por carretera y utilizó mis puntos de platino para que no me quejara en absoluto. Pero no hay café en la cama para comenzar mi día fue una dificultad!

Este hotel está situado en la playa de St Jean.Ha sido renovado recientemente y las habitaciones están bien equipadas (gran ducha, TV inteligente con Netflix, etc.) Las habitaciones con balcón son las que tienen - desgraciadamente no tuvimos uno de ellos. La zona de piscina no funciona porque no hay suficientes camas de sol, por lo que no hemos utilizado realmente la piscina. El personal es amigable en general aunque el servicio puede ser un poco lento. Una agradable ubicación para el precio.

Muy sorprendente leer estos comentarios. Fui muy contenta de mi estancia. Jessika que me acogió con un sonrisa muy bonito . Muy amable y tiene la escucha. la habitación limpia la habitación de baño de níquel. Fui en el ranking porque la habitación que había reservado no estaba lista sin ningún costo adicional. Me encantó mucho el collar, a diferencia de la persona que dejó un aviso negativo. Compré una por el momento. El buen humor de Zineb al desayuno le da forma para el día. Gracias a todo el personal.
