Just stayed 2 nights in a club twin and a club king room. First the positives - 1. The rooms - for a oldish hotel and a round one at that, the room was outstanding - it was spacious and i don't mean spacious by Japanese standards but really by any international one. The rooms looked pristine - i don't know if they did some renovations during covid but it did not look in the least worn. The bathtub was great and the room looked out to some nice greenery and trees. The sheets was really nicely made - taut and smooth just as it should be and the bed comfy. Adequate outlets. 2. The lounge is a nice respite with it's nice vantage looking out to a nice pond and garden. The staff were very friendly and explained about the macha tea. Dinner choice was reasonable with about 5 choices of food and plenty on alcohol to choose from. 3. Just opposite hotel is the conference centre (which is why i stayed at Prince) and the subway. 4. The area surrounding is green and peaceful and lush. One of my colleagues even saw a deer at night near the hotel. Now the not so good. 1. It's not near any shopping or restaurants (unless you count the cafe in the conference centre). There is a McDonalds about 8 minutes walk away (if you walk a bit briskly) and a Daiso about 15-20 minutes walk. Some other small restaurants within 10 minutes walk. 2. The hotel restaurants - they are not exactly family friendly in their fare. Set meals more for formal dining. Given the paucity of very nearby restaurants, the hotel could consider increasing the repertoire of simple kid friendly food. Strange how none of the restaurants offer this but some choices available from room service i.e. spaghetti. My daughter ended up with room service and me trekking to Mcdonalds to supplement her meal choice. I had trouble with Uber Eats or that's an option too. 2. Breakfast is a bit forgettable - i had the buffet one day - not quite befitting a Marriott Autograph hotel standard. I tried the western set another day - it was really quite nice but staff a bit inflexible. My daughter liked the bread so i asked for more only for the ultraman no sign to be invoked and the reply that they were out of stock (i guess that's their diplomatic way of saying you only get your one basket of bread and that's it. So I'm giving the hotel a 4/5. Nonetheless, there are enough positives to make me want to come back in future

Limpie el hotel moderno con toneladas de comodidades que incluso un hotel de 4 estrellas en el que nos hospedamos no tiene. Hay lavadora secadora en la unidad y prensa para pantalones. Hay un poco de caminata hasta la popular zona comercial y turística, pero no está mal. Gran estancia en general. Recomendaría

Estupendo hotel enfrente de la estación de Kioto. 100%recomendable. Tiene tres restaurantes para elegir el desayuno, dos japoneses y uno americano. Reponen los amenities a diario. Muy limpio. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Volvería sin dudar.

Este hotel está cerca de cuatro cruces de la calle. Me inscribí a medianoche, pero la recepción es muy amable, puedo responder sin hacer expresiones incómodas. La habitación es muy limpia, las instalaciones son muy ricas y hay un puerto USB que puede cargar, que es muy útil. Pero sólo hay un momento en la habitación, quizá porque necesitan grandes piscinas públicas. Esto puede ser negativo para quienes quieren quedarse lentamente en la habitación. Personalmente, estoy satisfecho con las grandes piscinas públicas, por lo que no hay problema. El transporte también es muy conveniente. Desde las cuatro estaciones de autobús de la ciudad, no sólo puede llegar a la estación de Kyoto, sino también a las famosas atracciones turísticas de Jinjiang, Qinghui, Dongjiang, dos ciudades, montañas y otras ciudades, sino también a las ciudades de los orígenes del río y del jardín sin necesidad de cambiar de tren. Necesita un tren alternativo, pero también puede ir a Nanjing y a Silver. Si caminas por un pequeño camino, encontrarás la estación de palacio de la presión y la estación de cuatro palacios eléctricos, tanto para la visita como para el negocio, muy conveniente. El hotel Nanjing tiene una familia Mart, además de 7-11, por lo que no tienes que preocuparse por las compras. El costo de alojamiento es razonable y es un hotel recomendado.

Está convenientemente ubicado alrededor de Sanjo en la calle Kawaramachi. Hay una tienda de conveniencia y un restaurante de carne de vacuno cerca. Extendí mi check-out hasta las 12:00. La tarifa adicional era de 1.000 yenes hasta las 13:00 y de 1.000 yenes incluso después de las 12:00.

We were a group of 6 people staying at the Hotel Mitsui on a trek through Japan. Suffice it to say, that the group was all pleased that we stayed here. Our initial check in process was a bit bumpy (no tea service) as it was clear everyone was checking into the hotel for a holiday weekend. However, within 30 minutes, we were all on our way to our rooms. Overall, the hotel and the rooms are designed in muted tones and a modern zen vibe. Where other hotels would simply have drywall covered with pictures, the Mitsui has clearly thought about every surface. We were in a room that looked out to the central garden, which is beautiful. The room had a nice long marble bench at the entrance which was nice for putting shoes on or setting things down to pack / unpack. Further in the room, there is a bar area, desk area and a nice long padded bench by the window. Controls for the room are near the bed and you can dim lights or raise and lower blinds with ease. The bathroom is a very clever design with two pocket door entrances, offering a closet area, double sink, a wet room with tub and shower and rom for the toilet. The room for the toilet is wide and very peaceful. Of course, it comes with the fancy Toto Neorest toilet that raises and lowers the seat automatically, has a heated seat, has a bidet feature and more. The shower offers both a hand held and a rain head that with a fine spray. Bathroom toiletries are crafted for the Hotel Mitsui. Of course, robes were available (just ask if you need a different size). Let’s talk about sleeping…. The bed was among the most comfortable that I have ever tried (firm, with just the right amount of softness). Down pillows and a duvet complete the scene. And course, should you not like your pillow, there is a pillow menu. The rooms at the Mitsui are quiet with blackout shades. At night, gentle nightlights illuminate the path to the bathroom. In all, the sleep experience is well thought out and devine. One of the stand out features of the hotel would be the Thermal Springs in the basement. The Thermal Springs are a modern version of a traditional Japanese onsen. Access is open to everyone in the hotel, but the number of people permitted in is managed to in more than 14 people at a time. You have to call ahead to make sure there is space, but in our case, we were always able to get in. Anyone who out touring in Kyoto, should make time in their busy schedule to visit the Thermal Springs between their tours and dinner - it is a great way to wash off the city and relax before dinner - very civilized. This review is particularly fun for me as our stay at the Mitsui ultimately caused us to break up with our travel agent. He was SO insistent that we stay at the Ritz , he could not imagine trying something new like the Mitsui (nor was he willing o have his team check it out). In the end, I feel vindicated, we loved our stay at the Mitsui and would happily return

El desayuno es muy rico y delicioso, hay estilos chinos y occidentales para que elijas 4. No muy lejos de la estación de Kioto, a solo unos 5 minutos a pie. 5. En términos de comer y beber, hay 7-11+Family Mart+otras tiendas de carne asada cerca, ¡adecuadas para ti que tienes hambre en medio de la noche! 6. Hay una fuente termal pública gratuita en el piso 10, baños separados para hombres y mujeres, muy cerca de la gente. 7. También se proporcionan lavadoras y secadoras de ropa en el piso 10, que también están separadas para hombres y mujeres. 8. La única desventaja: siento que la colcha no es lo suficientemente transpirable y me despertaré del calor 😕

I highly recommend this hotel! Location: it is in a hip part of Kyoto and steps away from the subway line, a craft beer bar and Convini. Room: rooms are spacious and comfortable. I love the modern decor and simplicity. I loved the bathroom, particularly the water pressure and of course the Japanese toilets. There’s a pullout sofa, table for eating or working and a tv. Our room was in the back so it was quiet but we would hear the garbage trucks at 5:45 am. Not ideal if you want to sleep in. Fortunately we were always up early. Breakfast: the breakfast is amazing. A lot of western and Japanese options. Lobby: the staff are very helpful and courteous. Extra toiletries can be found on the counter, two espresso machines can be found in the lobby, and three washer/dryers(coin operated) are found near the elevators. We loved being able to pack only a carry on and wash clothes during our trip. Overall, highly recommend!

Un hotel en medio de la ciudad. El personal del hotel es muy amable y hay una lavandería donde puedes lavar tu propia ropa. Recuerdo una vez que estaba esperando la colada cuando estaba sentado en el sofá de abajo, el personal del hotel me vio sentado solo en el vestíbulo y encendió el televisor para verlo. Hay restaurantes y tiendas en la planta baja, lo cual es muy conveniente. Vale la pena visitar de nuevo.
