A budget 'boutique' hotel a couple of minutes walk from Jalan Alor food Street and the bars of Bukit Bintang? A trendy hotel stay for little more than £20, the price of 2 pints of beer in the surrounding area!? Can that be possible? Well, yes, just about. The hotel is tucked away in a side street behind the food street and a strip of massage shops- when walking here you'll run the gauntlet of 30 kids per shop trying to encourage you to take an overpriced massage. The street is urban gritty but funky- all the buildings are painted in street art, including the Melange hotel which has a cute kitten peering into its windows. It's a thin, six storey block with glass frontage. After an elaborate check-in process and the usual addition of mysterious extra taxes you always get in Malaysia, we were assigned a room on the 5th floor. The impression I got having checked out all the floors is that floors 1 and 2 (shiney wood panelled corridor) and 3 and 4 (swishy curtain covered corridors) are probably better standard than floors 5 and 6 (painted corridors slightly stained carpets). However our room was okay- fridge, big TV, a/c, large comfy bed, good sized bathroom with separate shower room and the best shower we had on this 5 week trip. The room had a window with views of the city skyline over the rooftops and the scruffy tenement building in front. I enjoyed watching KL's infamous rats make their way up the side of the building and in through people's windows. Our room seemed clean enough but it was let down by easily fixable things like staining on the funky white bed headboard which could have been deceased insects or even nasal debris and unmistakably a greasy head print. There were certainly 'boutique' elements such as the storks painted on the ceiling and unusual wire bedside lights, which I think were once insects but have now lost their wings, but then the whole thing was let down by little things like the key card only working on the 10th attempt. We slept well though- the bed was comfy and the room quiet, although the window didn't close properly which allowed more noise in than it would have if it closed. Staff were efficient and spoke okay English. The rooftop bar/ restaurant looked nothing like the photos shown on here. There was no one in when I called, just 2 teen staff watching cartoons on TV. It's a good view from the balcony but you can only access this when the bar is open and it closes early afternoon. With a little investment to tidy up small defects this could be a really nice hotel. However, I guess the conundrum for the owners is that to invest more may mean pushing the room cost up and I'm not sure mid range travellers would appreciate the 'gritty' city surroundings. As it is, it's a perfectly good budget option in a very convenient location.

Definitivamente la mejor decisión de permanecer aquí. Muy limpio. Super amigable recepción nos ayudó cuando decidimos quedarse la noche. Gracias ☺️. Nos mostró pocas habitaciones. Todo muy limpio muy moderno y realmente asequible dado ubicación. La cama estaba muy cómoda. Había un excelente sueño. Baño moderno y limpio. Agua caliente limpia. Estacionamiento estaba directamente delante del hotel. Basta para 4-5 coches otros estacionamiento por la carretera en parking lots. Recepcionista el día siguiente probablemente no tan amable y bienvenido , así que sólo un pequeño espacio para la mejora a un estancia de otro modo maravilloso.

Recomiendo encarecidamente el Park Royal Collection Hotel a cualquiera que quiera pasar un rato relajante en la bulliciosa zona de Bukit Bintang. Las comodidades del hotel son estupendas y el desayuno buffet es excelente. También está cerca de la estación de monorraíl de Bukit Bintang.
La piscina es lo suficientemente grande como para nadar sin preocup**** por golpear a otros huéspedes y el salón/bar junto a la piscina es agradable. El gimnasio abierto las 24 horas también es algo que me encantaría utilizar la próxima vez. Solo pude nadar en este viaje, pero fue muy agradable.
Nuestra habitación estaba en el sexto piso y el aislamiento acústico era excelente. No hubo problemas con el WiFi, pero a veces los canales de películas se retrasaban un poco. Oh bien.

Una vez más, me gustaría agradecer a la señora de recepción, oyue, porque accidentalmente dejé la bolsa de mi computadora en la habitación y la encontré menos de 3 horas antes de la hora de salida. La señora de recepción, oyue, me proporcionó Gran ayuda. En primer lugar, lo encontré rápidamente. La bolsa de la computadora volvió a llegar a la hora pico de tráfico y fue difícil encontrar a alguien que me ayudara a entregarla en el aeropuerto. Afortunadamente, finalmente recibí mi bolsa de la computadora en menos de Una hora después del despegue. Fue una gran suerte para mí y todo en el viaje sin cambios. Como han dicho otros, hay unas instalaciones limitadas. Tengo toallas en mi habitación y hay lugares para obtener agua. También hay toallas extras en la piscina que era pensable, así como un espacio de lavandería en el área de cohabitación. La habitación era limpia y aireada, muy cómoda y tenía todo lo que necesitaba.

El apartamento era ridículo y espacial.
Todo era limpio y cómodo.

UUsuario invitadoBooked the wrong Melia (didn’t know there are two Melia in KL, older Melia in Bukit Bintang) but I’m very pleasantly impressed by every aspect of this 4-month old (as of Aug 2023) modern lifestyle hotel. Location wise - it’s at Chetras hood, majority Chinese Malaysian populated with heartlander stores, off the track shops and locals-go-to eateries. The hotel is located next to an ultra big shopping mall (comparable in size to Hudson Yards on 34th & 12th in Manhattan, Takashimaya in Orchard Singapore). Chetras is located at the fringe of downtown KL, 10-15 mins Grab ride, 15 mins MRT ride away. The success & sustainability of any service business are attributed not only to its hardwares but also its soft factors, I.e. “softwares” & most importantly for both to work hand in hand. INNside has both, which more than compensated for not situated right in downtown KL. Besides having well designed decor, ultra clean, sleek & modern rooms & facilities, the attentiveness, friendliness & warmth of the staff (from managers like Viveen, Azwan, Nastasia to all the crew staff - housekeeping, technical, F&B, front desk) touch our heart). Just to list an example amid many, I came for morning breakfast 15-20 mins late one day and although they had cleared the breakfasts, the manager was very accommodative, in offering coffee before I head out. I was extremely touched when he & the crew later brought out & offered good selection of breads & fruits, and I was well fed & energized for my days! It’s all these soft touches (and not blindly following the rule books) that leave a great impression! Kudos to the INNside team! Keep it up!

La ubicación era extremadamente conveniente ya que está muy cerca, a poca distancia a pie, de KLCC, Intermark, G Tower. Aunque vivo en KL, hospedarme en este hotel fue como tener una pequeña estadía. Aunque este es un hotel antiguo, parece que ha sido reformado y está muy bien mantenido. Lo más importante, es excepcionalmente limpio. Su personal de la recepción en el check-in y el check-out, el personal de limpieza y todos los camareros / gerente fueron muy amables, agradables y serviciales. . . ¡y genuinos! El servicio de limpieza se aseguró de verificar con nosotros si todo estaba en su lugar y si necesitábamos más agua embotellada. La habitación y el baño estaban impecablemente limpios. Me encantó la presión de agua súper poderosa de su ducha. Cuando fuimos a nuestro desayuno buffet en Serena Brasserie, me impresionó que el gerente se tomara la molestia de verificar con cada huésped si la comida y el servicio estaban bien. No solo andaba hablando con los invitados, sino que personalmente atendía y servía las mesas. Incluso los camareros sonrieron y atendieron rápidamente a todos los invitados. El chef que estaba cocinando el Roti Canai para mí salió del mostrador para servir el dhal y el chutney y colocarlos en el plato para mí. Aunque realmente no tenía que hacerlo, ya que se trata de un autoservicio, aprecio esos detalles y toques refinados para brindar un mejor servicio. Recomiendo encarecidamente alojarse en este hotel y definitivamente volvería a hospedarme nuevamente.

LLicalicaMi primer viaje en solitario a Kuala Lumpur y lo que puedo decir es que no es de extrañar que este hotel haya obtenido el mejor hotel en un viaje en 2021. Baño muy espacioso, cama cómoda, muchas toallas y almohadas y, lo más importante, ¡un ambiente tranquilo por la noche!

MMohd FarithezwanI could say, the best hotel ever to stay. As for I was here for working purpose nearby this hotel, I am definitely recommended this hotel to everyone that curious to know more. Everything is great! The breakfast also has got a lot of choices and variety starts from asian menu to west menu. For example, Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng, rice porridge with a lot of condiment. Then you can also found sausage, hash brown and scramble egg, which is soo good. There were also pastry, even toasted bread with a lot of spread. Then, salad with dressing sauce. Comes with cereal also, then fruits and yogurt. For coffee lovers, dont worry you can brew the coffee as well. For the room, was very clean and comfy.The bed is not that soft but not too stiff also. Just nice, but the pillow ah, i tell you, sooo pillowy and fluffy plus very comfy ! Just laid down your head and it will sink into it. Without you realized, you will fall asleep quickly. Although I dont really like the glass door in the bathroom, which is you have only 1 sliding door to cover either one of two toilets. But dont worry, there is another door you can closed the whole toilet from outside. The heater is working, but water too hot. Need to have a good adjusting skill to get the temperature that you want 😂 One thing I love about this room, there was a washing machine provided with a fridge and induction cooking set. This is so life saving. Although I still dont get it how to use dryer because my clothes still wet after using the washing machine+dryer. But its totally worth it! (maybe depends on the selection of room) Not all room includes washing machine and all stuff as per my room. Iron and board also provided, with hair dryer as well. There are two TVs provided, one in bedroom, another one at living hall. But the channel is limited. But hey, I came here for work so, this is not really bothering me. One thing that I amazed so much is, the rooftop pool which offered you the greatest view of Kuala Lumpur Tower. Majestic ! Next time you want to come here, please go to swimming pool! It is a must ! The pool is not that big by the way. The gym also quite complete with equipments. I just love it ! (Psst! You may also try to request room that facing KL Tower and high floor, but thats upon availability). Oh another thing to highlight, this hotel is located at the end of Lorong Pramlee, and the lobby to drop off/pickup is not that spacious. Plus, the road infront hotel is so steep so be careful of the ramp that is inclining at a level where some cars might crashed/dragged their bumper to the road. Oh here, you may leave you luggage at receptionist for a while, for let say you came early than check in time / after check out. The staff is very helpful. You may asked them, and they will serve you. Staff is friendly and nice. If you wondering what is the nearby public transport, you may look into Monorel Raja Chulan or Monorel Bukit Nanas. As for me, personally I think, Monorel Raja Chulan is nearer to Oasia Hotel, by walking through road 'Jalan Tengah' instead of you walking via main road alongside Jalan Sultan Ismail. Overall, Oasia is a great place to stay. Thank you all ! I recommended this hotel.

IIsmi Nur CahayaLate check in alrededor de las 21:30. Solo un personal en servicio. Estaba ocupado atendió una llamada telefónica. Tienes que esperar casi media hora para registrarte. Tenemos servicio de buggy desde el estacionamiento hasta la entrada principal hasta las 11 p.m., así que es mejor que te registres antes a menos que quieras llevar tu equipaje todo el camino. La habitación estaba limpia y el desayuno era delicioso.

Los servicios de la habitación están siempre disponibles, puede escanear la QR y te llevará a la sala de chat de servicio. Los alimentos son buenos. Los peces y los chips son deliciosos, pero quizás necesita actualizar el camping nasi goreng y la curry capitán. En general, fue una buena estadía!

It's just that there were some problems with the room I stayed in (946) on the first night, the low water pressure in the toilet caused it can't flush, and the water flow was very slow during the bath, which caused the water to overflow. However, the customer service assisted us to change the room at 3.30am, and everything was fine with second room.
Breakfast variety not good.
