Teniendo en cuenta el precio que pago, diría que este hotel tiene una buena relación calidad-precio, tiene todas las comodidades básicas y tiene una calefacción nueva. El aire acondicionado que utilizan es Daikin, muy bueno 👍 Aparte de todo esto, alrededor de este hotel hay mucha comida, especialmente comida china.

La habitación está bastante deteriorada. Las sábanas y las camas no están muy limpias, pero está bien para pasar la noche. Lo bueno es que está cerca de muchos lugares para comer a los que se puede ir caminando y también está cerca de la estación de metro.

This hotel is all about the location and price. It's incredibly easy to find amazing local food and the MRT is within walking distance. On the downside, the hotel is a bit dated, and noticed the cleanliness could be improved in some areas (like the pillows). Overall, if you're on a tight budget and want convenience, it does the job for a night or two.

It is a budget stay, but the bedsheet has quite a big yellowish stain, and the walls also look quite dirty. Overall, the room doesn’t feel very clean or hygienic.

Booked for friend who travelling to KL. Very good location, easy find food and near MRT.

Hotel location is good, there’s lots of eatery restaurants , food court and bakery nearby. Station MRT is walkable distance, theres mart like KK mart, 99 speedmart too. Hotel provide shampoo and shower gel in sachet, can get additional from the lobby. Lobby is big and cold.

This is my first time stay in this hotel, good location, clean and friendly staff, i will come back again for my next business trip.

I stay here many times. This hotel is old and need to refurbish. Anyway it is cheap and many foods available nearby. I knew foodcourt is just 100m from the hotel.

I booked a room at Fuma Hotel just for a half-day stay to get some rest, and it turned out to be a good choice. The room was simple, clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. Considering the affordable price, it offered great value for money. The location is another big plus. It’s very strategic, with plenty of food options within walking distance, so it’s easy to grab a meal anytime. One thing to note is that you’ll need to prepare RM50 in cash for the refundable security deposit during check-in. Other than that, my stay was smooth, pleasant, and hassle-free.

Photo totally different with actual room. What only good at? Location. I think this is maintenance problem. Everything in the rooms are old, broke, smelly, etc... Wall in the room no touched up painting and fix because of water leaking , the walls are damp and moldy. Make the rooms very smelly. Plug in the room broke no fix. Aircond very very noisy. There are also cobwebs and dust on the walls. Hairs on the bed. I know the price are cheap, but I get cheap room before at others hotel but with good maintenance too. Hope management can see comment, and take action.
