Hotel Drazica

Pasamos tres noches aquí como parte de un viaje de ida y vuelta a Croacia. En primer lugar, la ubicación: es muy buena para calificar. Ubicación directa frente al mar ya pocos minutos a pie del centro histórico de Krk con numerosos restaurantes. Mobiliario: El hotel parece un poco anticuado y poco cariñoso. El vestíbulo le da la bienvenida en un ambiente relativamente moderno. En lugar de la habitación doble reservada con balcón y vista al mar, nos dieron una "mejora" a una especie de estudio en un anexo. Sin embargo, el equipamiento de los muebles y el baño se parecía más al estándar de los años 90. En los monitores del hotel se muestran imágenes de habitaciones mucho más modernas. Si las habitaciones que se muestran aquí realmente existen en el hotel, la mejora parece más bien postergada. Además, en mi opinión, faltan algunas plantas decorativas por todas partes. El clima y el espacio estarían allí. Por lo que la zona luce muy sobria y desnuda. La piscina es un positivo. Esto es grande y muy limpio. Servicio: Al traslad**** a la habitación el día de llegada, este no se realizó antes de las 16:00 horas. También el segundo día encontramos nuestra habitación deshecha a última hora de la tarde, a pesar de que pusimos el cartel del servicio de limpieza en la puerta de la habitación. Conclusión: si alguna vez volvemos a Krk, probablemente elegiríamos otro hotel, incluso si tuviéramos que pagar más. Solo hay algunos déficits que la administración del hotel podría solucionar fácil y rápidamente si se detectaran.

The hotel/resort is old and outdated. It needs serious deep cleaning. The whole room smelled like smoke, dust, and mold. Shower tub has orange stains from people leaving their shower bottles there. Our AC was not working properly and the room was uncomfortably hot - also very uncomfortable to sleep at night. The staff was very nice when checking in and out.

Our stay here was just horrid! When we pick a hotel, two things are our biggest requirement: air conditioning and parking. We research for these items. The Air Conditioning in our room couldn't cool a small bathroom never mind a small room. We complained to the desk. They sent up a technician and he looked at me with sweat dripping down my face and said it was working. It was not working. This was a nicer hotel than we usually stay at, and with the price we paid, all we wanted was a place to escape the heat and sleep in a cool room. Neither was provided here.

Very kind and helpful staff. The problem is that the elevators are small (in terms of space) and slow, and there are only 2 of them. Before we moved to H-Dražica we had been staying in V-Lovorka, there the toilet tank overflowed and there was a lack of soap at the very beginning. It was better in the Dražica hotel. But - the light in the bathroom was no longer lit at the end of the stay. I think there is a problem with the maids, especially they should inform the hotel management about the shortcomings more often. The devil is in the details. Otherwise great.

It was not a luxury resort but one with a 3* or 3.5* rating. However, the service they rendered was very good and totally satisfactory!!! All the staff even the manager of the hotel was attentive, courteous and friendly. There were ample parking and we always had a spot at the disabled slot. Their WiFi also works well. Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable and equipped with a mini bar and safe. It had a balcony that provided amazing views of the Adriatic Sea. Our half-board (breakfast & dinner) was fine, nothing fancy yet good and it included unlimited non-alcoholic beverages plus local wine and beer. The pool unfortunately is quite small for a hotel that size! But anyway, it is merely just a few steps to the sea with refreshing, crystal clear waters. The utterly charming oldtown of Krk can be reach along a lovely promenade in just 10-15 leisurely stroll.. We actually found nothing to dislike except that it took forever to get an elevator during mealtime. For a hotel that size, mostly frequented by huge families, then it would be best to build 2 more...

The proximity to the sea. Sea view from the balcony. Delicious breakfast. Gorgeous clean Adriatic see. Walking distance from old town Krk. Just magical

The hotel situated very close to the old part of the city, within 5 minutes walk on a beachfront pass among old spruce trees. The beach is right in front of the hotel - rocky with ladders to the sea, but there is a small shallow bay too with small pebbles. The view from the hotel and from the beach too is breathtaking, we received two large rooms on the 5th floor. The service staff was very polite and kind with us, the food selection was great and tasty, much better than we expected from a 3 star hotel, there was a range even when arrived at the last 30 minutes. The WiFi was available even at the beach. The pool with the slide was a bit cold for our children, maybe it’s because it is under the shade of trees until afternoon. Highly recommended!
