Hotel M29

Super bra service och super fint rum. Bodde där 2 nätter. Blev sjuk den sista natten och personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och fixade så vi fick checka ut två timmar senare. Fick även lämna våra väskor på hotellet i 10 h i efter vi checkat ut. Rekommenderar verkligen. Ca 10 min till fots in till centrum!!

Einfach mega!

We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Hotel M29, and it certainly did not disappoint! What really stood out for us was how clean the hotel was and how friendly/helpful the staff were. Our bedding was changed, and rooms were cleaned daily with bottled water provided to replace what we had used. The staff member on reception was welcoming on our arrival, and the member of staff at breakfast was really helpful, offering us scrambled eggs each morning. There was plenty of choice at breakfast - pastries, fruit, yoghurt, nuts/seeds, Cereal, fruit juice, hot drinks, cheese, meats, sausages, bacon, fried eggs and much more. There was plenty of choice to cater to everyone. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It took us around 20 minutes to walk to old town Krakow and in the opposite direction about 20 minutes to explore the area around Schindler's factory (we would definitely recommend visiting there by the way!). The facilities in the rooms were excellent. There was storage space for luggage and clothes, a safe, mini fridge with mini bar items (at an extra cost), kettle with tea and coffee, hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board. We contacted the hotel prior to our stay to ask if our 2 rooms could be next to each other if possible. We understood that this may not be possible, but the hotel managed to cater to this request for us which was very much appreciated. Our rooms were on the top floor which meant that had large sky light windows in the ceiling and only small square ones that looked out onto the streets. This wasn't an issue for us, but please bear this in mind if you would like a view of outside! Thank you to all of the staff at Hotel m29 for making our stay so comfortable. Our time in Hotel M29 was perfect. Reception Desk staff was super helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. Deluxe room was spacious, cozy and well-equipped. We had a good sleep, beds were comfortable. The best mulled wine in Kraków. It was perfect drink to warm up after visit at Kraków Christmas Market. Bar Staff was lovely and chatty. We will definitely come back!

What a great hotel! Stayed here with friends after finding this gem on Last Minute and we really weren’t disappointed. The foyer was clean and tidy, with a fully stocked bar and really friendly and welcoming staff. After check in, and provided rooms next to one another, I was so pleased to find our room was perfect. A lovely large bed, simple but effective decor and the loveliest bath I have ever used in the bathroom. The room was so comfortable and easy to chill in when we were not exploring. The breakfast was served below reception and although I was sceptical at first as there was no real buffet, the food off the menu was mouthwatering and so tasty. If staying here please try the breakfast at least once as it will not disappoint. Upon leaving the reception staff were more than willing to assist with our luggage which I thought was such a lovely touch as she had heels in the snow! The hotel is situated about a 20 minute walk from the main square so if walking is not what you want then a taxi is easier, yet for us this was a nice change. Highly recommend and would stay again!

I honestly couldn't fault this place. Great value for money, really smart, stylish and well appointed throughout. Room was great - plenty of room and a nice comfy bed. Really friendly staff - excellent check in and check out and pretty much the perfect location for us!
