Hotel Al Sana

Good stay and clean room the staffs are good and the location was good. I think it is the good room in this price range

Very bad experience. As room was shown. Nothing was like that. Room and washroom both were small. Nd uncomfortable. Disturbing and noisy.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was clean and they maintain good hygiene. The behaviour of staff was great. We would like to stay there again.

All are ok but this hotel have not lift. Hotel is 2nd floor, i have some problem in leg, so my stay is very painful. When booking the hotel don’t show his hotel is 2nd floor.

I never expect that in my budget i will get in this condition room at kolkata. Thanks to the entire staff of hotel al-sana. Their behaviour is friendly. The location in silence their just slightly sounds. One thing i noticed there is much difference between the outlook and inside of hotel room.

They didn't let us in. They said we do not accept local ids, but our id's weren't local. I need my refund.

Hotel staff did not provided mobile charger for emergency. Room is small, and not a single window has available on this rrom.

It was ok ok. Just because of the nearest market area that's why i chose. Rest of the manager service person they are not cooperative at all. Took 300 rupees extra fr 2 hr before checkin n they mk clear that if done any stink by mistake in your room u hv to pay the amount of that if it may b mattress or floor. They treated us just like we were nvr before stayed in this type of hotel. Ac was not working service n they gave ok room with good mattress n another one they gave us with normal gadda ordinary one which one u found in station dormitory.
