Excellent service, and the location of the hotel is handy to pretty much everything you need. The room I had was very clean with a comfortable bed, a nice bathtub and a balcony with pool views. The hotel has 3 swimming pools on its own, one inside the building, one on the rooftop with gorgeous views and the 3rd one is right at the white sand beach by the ocean. (We didn’t see other hotels in the same beach had a swimming pool by the ocean other than KC resort while we were there.) Both ladies from the information desk were vey nice and helpful, one of them speaks perfect English. They helped us book taxis and recommended us some nice tourist sites. It was well worth the cost. Definitely recommend it.

This hotel has been operating for over 10 yrs. It was good back then and still a good vibe here. Its got to be the best budget option on Lonely beach for sure. The room I was allocated was so clean, nice and had a new feel about it. Large bathroom and fridge in the room. Good price Restaurant food is not bad. The Cambodians working there are friendly. But I imagine they dont suffer fools. If you treat them well they will treat you well. If I were management I would probably keep a closer eye on them to make sure they are being polite to all customers. If you plan to walk into town at nighttime you need a torch. Its not far but dangerous in the dark with the bikes and cars zipping past. Highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. Right on the stunning beach. White sand and nice water. Cant wait to go back!

Tenemos familia que visitaba Tailandia por primera vez, y nos quedamos en el Koh Chang Paradise Hill Resort y el resort hermana Koh Chang Paradise Resort a lo largo de la calle. El hotel de Koh Chang Paradise, donde se encuentra el Koh Chang Paradise Hill Resort, es un hotel de 2 estrellas. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Me habían agarrado el anillo justo antes de nuestras vacaciones en la playa y estaba en el desayuno llenando mi muñeca personal con té porque las copas que me habían proporcionado eran muy pequeñas y no quería tener que levantar múltiples veces para llenar la pequeña copa. Un chef se enfadó conmigo y me dijo que no usara mi muñeca personal. Levantó su voz en mí y me dijo insultado a no hacer lo que estaba haciendo. Le expliqué que había herido mi anca y no quería subir varias veces para obtener más té. No creo que realmente me haya escuchado porque me ha mantenido hablando con una voz enfadada por no usar mi taza. Felizmente, todos los demás personal de desayuno han sido buenos. The location is seafront not beachfront as seen from photos if you bother to do some simple research. However, the resort provides a man made sand area with furniture overlooking the sea. Alternatively, walk a mere 2 minutes down the main road to access White Sands beach. The property enjoys a 7-11, Macro and beer bar complex nearby. It is only a short walk to White Elephant Sports bar and to restaurants, travel agencies and your typical beach shops down along the main road. The seaside complex provides an infinity pool, a long pool beside the bungalow rooms, beach bar and restaurant where all guests partake breakfast. Both the seaside and hillside complexes have a dedicated reception area. I found staff at both were friendly and probably able to assist you if you have done no research about Koh Chang. On this visit I opted for a hillside room as I was seeking overall value. I had read reviews that seaside rooms can be affected by noise at night emanating from the nearby beer bar complex. My room was situated on the east side of the building (3 floors) and was not affected by any noise at night. I even had a water view from my balcony. My room was spacious and clean. The aircon, fridge and TV worked fine. The wardrobe had hangers with some shelving space. A long bench space with drawers to place your things. A small table and two children was useful. Lighting was very good. The bathroom was also modern looking with segregated shower recess. Good hot water with good pressure. The buffet breakfast was excellent. All the possible food options have you covered including an egg station. Enough seating given the number of guests coming and going. Overall, the resort and my room provided me with what I wanted, a comfortable and quiet stay.

I had an exceptional experience staying at Pajamas. I booked a private room that was clean, quiet but not too isolated if I wanted to socialise. The staff were incredible and the over all mood and feel of the residents was really lovely. If ever I needed any help the staff were so good about it. The beach is just a stone's throw away and the hostel has very convenient access. The sunsets are great. The only thing I wish I did differently was I wish I had stayed longer.

Viajar a Koh Chang el día de Songkran, si el Grupo Accor utiliza beneficios, debe considerarse. Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway reserva una habitación estándar pero fue actualizado a una habitación Deluxe Seaview y recibió beneficios Platinum. Muy completa. La habitación está bien. Me gusta porque sólo tengo que pagar 1,402 baht por noche. La habitación está llena debido a una larga vacación. Me alegro de haber mejorado. He reservado 3 habitaciones, hay bebidas de bienvenida para todas las 3 habitaciones. Para cenar, la mayoría de los huéspedes dejan sus estómagos en el Buffet Hotel porque es el Festival Songkran. Accor Plus no puede utilizar el descuento en absoluto. El precio no es caro, sólo 530 baht por persona, pero... Phra Chuay Thai Food es delicioso. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los hóspedes de la ciudad, y los huéspedes de la ciudad. El centro de la ciudad es un lugar de fotos, y se toman hermosas fotos, pero la playa no está bien, lo que es un punto débil. Reservo la mayoría de las habitaciones a la piscina 100% recomendaría si alguien dormira aquí para relajarse y desnudar el último día, volver a nadar en la piscina, tomar fotos elegantes y comer buffet 🙂 El desayuno es muy adecuado para la gente tailandesa, centrado en la comida tailandesa especia. También tiene mi pizza favorita. El hotel tiene una Starbucks en la playa pero no participa en un programa de estrella o de afiliación. Para mí, abril 13-15 es un día de descanso. Estoy bastante feliz aquí. Digamos sólo para los miembros de Accor o de grupo. Si alguien viene a Koh Chang, recomienda aquí. Puedes conseguir tanto noches como puntos. Si hay algún problema durante tu estancia, sugiero que no esperes, se apresure y comparta con él. El conoce el problema y está listo para cuidarlo inmediatamente. Venga a Koh Chang la próxima vez, Mercure sigue siendo nuestra elección.

El hotel es un hotel muy agradable para quedarse en, muy familiar, hermosamente decoradas habitaciones, grandes instalaciones, limpias y bien mantenidas. La piscina y la playa son excelentes y el personal son tan amigables y útiles. El restaurante y la playa BBQ fueron terribles. Los niños amaban cada minuto de su estancia. Nuestros amigos nos encantaba que era tan seguro para los niños ...Siempre alguien allí viendo el agua ... tanto la playa como la piscina. Altamente recomendado y las vistas y escenario fueron maravillosos después de una lluvia pesada

Absolutely beautiful resort, the landscaping and the buildings design is stunning. As are the two swimming pools, beach from restaurant with great food, the beach itself was wonderful, so quiet and you felt like had a private island. I swam every day. Most importantly - the staff here go above and beyond everyone from manager, to housekeeping, front of house, gardeners, pool staff, restaurant staff, the whole team at Coconut beach were very kind people and I'll always remember that. Very sad to be leaving, absolute paradise. Also very close to 7/11, street vendors, massage and cafes/restaurants.

Nice and quiet We had been this place and we decide to come back because of it really nice hotel ,the thing we like is staff very nice and friendly, room are big and clean , quite pool area, beautiful garden. A bit far from restaurant and shop but you take motorbike to go around the island just contact at reception, also our activities like snorkeling, elephant trip .
