Fab hotel. Very well presented and beautifully decorated for Chris**as. Lovely a**osphere and the room was beautiful. Very central.

Had a wonderful 2 night break at this hotel. Room service was excellent. Really comfortable bed & pillows. Lovely room with a large tv. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Located in the main street and convenient to everything Would certainly stay again.

We had a lovely stay at the Killarney Royal. Everyone on staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was included which was both continental and hot to order. If I was up earlier, the person at the front desk brought me a very nice coffee service in the beautiful lobby. It is a great location for walking around town.

We were blown away by the beautiful room we had. Everything was clean & perfectly presented. The staff were so friendly & helpful. Our breakfast was devine with so many options. There is such a warm friendly vibe in this hotel. We will definitely be back.

Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. But the room was a disappoin**ent. We had a reservation for a deluxe room but when my husband injured his back earlier in our trip, we asked for an accessible room. We were told there were none but our room had a walk-in shower. And there was a lift to the second floor. But, because the building was old, not all rooms were on the same level and there were 2 small flights to maneuver from the elevator - not possible with a walker. We never thought to ask about that. Fortunately the hotel was able to find a room which was on the same level as the lift. If someone at the hotel had thought that perhaps someone asking for an accessible room might not be able to maneuver several flights of stairs when we made our request, I would have been much happier.

We went for dinner. Service was good. Curry was gorgeous and my partner got fish and chips. Was lovely but fish was very small and they didn't have coleslaw to go with it. Food was delicious overall but for 20 euro approx for fish and chips fish should have been bigger.

An old tired hotel at a busy location, with terrific staff. The inward facing rooms have a terrible view and a serious bird noise issue in the early morning - pidgeons. There are much better hotels available with better locations and pricing.

Had two night stay. Great location. The breakfast staff were very accommodating & sweet! We stayed as a large group & they had a free drink for us as they got our luggage to our rooms, which was very thoughtful. Laundry was a bit pricey. Room was spacious & bed was comfortable. A/C was finicky & musty damp smell in my room.

My parents stayed. I Ordered a bottle of wine for my dad's birthday, to be given to him at his meal. The staff of the Killarney Royal Hotel went above and beyond by leaving petit fors and a message in the bedroom on check-in and delivering the wine with a card at the meal. Amazing service. Thank you
