Este hotel tiene diferentes tipos de habitaciones, como villa y vista al mar. Personalmente, creo que la villa tiene el mejor ambiente interior y el servicio es tan bueno como siempre. El hotel no es especialmente grande, pero está lleno de extranjeros. Y el hotel está muy cerca del puerto de Similan, puedes elegir transfer. Personalmente creo que la parte de ordenar la habitación debería ser más detallada.

Es un hotel de buen servicio, habitaciones limpias, grandes y aún nuevas, buena vista, playa privada, diversión para nadar. Si hay posibilidad de volver seguro Llévalo a dormir durante 2 días para que puedas jugar en el agua por completo.

2nd time here and still hasn’t changed! great for relaxation

A beautiful resort, well placed and superbly managed. Loved the rustic charm of rooms, the sound of waves crashing and the amazing staff who are always there to help you with a smile. The food was great, had a plethora of options and best of all, was the refreshing waterfall near the breakfast area. In short it just felt like home and will be going back there the next time we're in Thailand.

The accommodation was excellent, the pool-access room was perfectly designed and maintained and offered an excellent experience during the hot weather. The hotel is perfectly and conveniently located, a short walk to the streets where good restaurants and shops are located. It was a lovely leisure stay. Perhaps the resort could work on bettering customer service, as we were rarely greeted or acknowledged (although my husband and I did) whenever we entered or exited the restaurants (Malila, Cocos) for the whole 7 days. We had to physically approach them in order to get service like ordering food or drinks.

Very nice hottel. Everything was perfect. Suggest to stay.

The room has sea view, near the Lobby, we do not need to take hotel shuttle. Good breakfast with good beach view. It is worth for money and will come again.

This place is amazing. Super beautiful location and rooms, very spacious and uniquely decorated and set on a picturesque part of Khaolak’s beachfront. The staff and especially housekeeping were friendly and meticulous. Though it is a large resort, there were several different pools, bars and common areas with more than enough space for guests to feel as though it was never crowded or overwhelming. Older guests and those with mobility issues may have some difficulty as the resort is kind of on a hillside with lots of steps and pathways that may be difficult for some to navigate (though I believe there is a golf cart shuttle service for guests that need it - I did not use it). I liked that there was a small library in the lobby with books to borrow in a variety of languages donated by pasts guests. Would absolutely recommend.

POSITIVE - Cosy and modern rooms - Great location with direct beach access - Many swimming pools NEGATIVE - The restaurant was very average and the service there terrible (unavailable items that got charged on our bill; starters and main served at the same time; one person's main got served very late after our dessert order and then charged before we complained). We were expecting some decent restaurant for a 5 stars in Khao Lak but that was unfortunately not the case. - Front Office Team wasn't much synchronized. We had a continue booking that we mentioned upon check-in. Unfortunately, we got a morning call at 11:00 to empty the room even we had a prepaid additional night. Not very pleasant as we had to walk up the hill again to get new keys instead of having someone delivering them directly.

It’s such a rare find! It’s beautiful and tasteful hotel. The only thing I could point my fingers on is the pillow. It’s a bit too old. Can be replaced.

Good hotel, nice beach, nice breakfast.

這家酒店的海灘非常棒，氛圍很絕。和幾個度假村連在一起，沙灘隨便逛。酒店上上下下的小坡，可以聯繫前台提供接送服務。直通泳池房可以直接游泳，不過泳池邊的bar沒開。最近太曬了，陽台不太能躺。房間空調給力，洗澡水很大，這點非常好評！服務人員也很客氣。周邊飯店少，可以去bang niang夜市吃飯。不過酒店的餐廳也不貴，海邊早餐中規中矩，不如merlin，不過也能吃飽啦。總體入住感受很不錯。

เราไปถึงที่พักตอนนั้นฝนตกพอดีกำลังจอดรถยนต์ลงจากรถไม่ได้พนักงานน่ารักมากนำร่มมารับไปส่งที่เคาเตอร์เช็คอิน บรรยากาศดีวิวสวยมากดูพระอาทิตย์ตกดินแบบฟินๆ ห้องพักสวยกว่าที่คิดดูใหม่ เกินความคาดหวังมากๆ ประทับใจทุกมุม สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกถือว่าเยี่ยมเลย พนักงานอัธยาศัยดีทุกคนเลยเจอหน้าทักทายสวัสดีทุกคน อาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก สะอาด เป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยดี สระว่ายน้ำมีให้เล่นหลายจุดนะ หน้าหาดบรรยากาศดีทำกิจกรรมได้เยอะเลย แนะนำครับไม่ผิดหวัง

Красивая база, прекрасная природа. Приехали на день рождение молодого человека, отлично провели время, сотрудники отеля в честь дня рождения сделали комплимент в виде десерта. Мы были приятно удивлены. Завтрак вкусный и разнообразный, голодным не уедешь. В целом все отлично, но место не для молодежи!)
