Отель удачно расположен рядом с озером, комната небольшая, но удобная, матрас хороший - спать было комфортно, также порадовало Smart TV - много каналов не только на тайском языке и даже Neflix.
Из неудобст : нет лифта и в лобби только кулер с водой, микроволновки нет - в отеле не приветствуется приготовление пищи гостями. Но вокруо много ресторанов икафешек, где можно вкусно и недорого поесть.
Завтраки в отеле скудные и к 9 утра (завтраки предлагают до 10 ) все горелки уже выключены и все "горячие" блюда уже остывшие и невкусные. Яичницу мне тоже принесли уже холодную, попросила разогреть - сделали.
В целом впечатление от отеля и персонала положительное, но если я еще когда-нибудь приеду в Пхаяо, то выберу не бутик-отель, а отель побольше.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The first time was five years ago, when it was new. The hotel is already showing signs of age, and is in need of some repairs. I booked a “deluxe king” room on the second floor for one night. Room had a large comfortable bed, desk, wardrobe, sitting area, small balcony, extra large TV, and fridge. No kettle in the room. Hallways echo loudly, so hope your neighbors are quiet people! Breakfast was included in the room price, and was average. Coffee, a few stir fry dishes, soup, and toast. No eggs, fruit, or salad options. Large carpark on site. Location is good, very close to the lake, with a 7-11 and many restaurants within 5 minutes walk. Looking back, I don't think the deluxe king room was that much nicer than other room options to justify spending more money, as I really didn't need the bigger room. Would stay here again but for the price I would like to see some repairs made and a better breakfast.
