The friendly attendant was extremely nice and very helpful in helping us get settled. I loved the unique layout of the building and the comfort of our room along with our private entrance. For an older building it w has been well maintained. We absolutely love it and will definitely be coming back. Location was also perfect for exploring the area.

What a lovely spot, very clean and a close walk to everything. Foster was a real help in giving us ideas of where to go and was so exuberant that he made you feel like you knew him forever.

Great stay! Walkable to most of the sites. Staff accomodating and friendly. Jonathan was very helpful. Our dlight arrived early in the day so we were able to drop off our luggage and begin sightseeing. He even provided a helpful map with some recommendations for lunch. Our room was spacious located in the back. It was quiet amd very safe. I would have no hesitation about staying here again. Foster was also helpful at checkout when we had some time before heading to the airport to return home, allowing us to storage our luggage before our afternoon flight home.

The only complaint I have about the property is that I was told it was an adult only property but yet there were children and babies stay. I specifically wanted a property adult only so disappointed.

This property is in a prime location for old town Key West. It is less than a block from Duval Street and at the half way point up Duval.
Our room was spacious and super clean. There are several sitting areas, a big front porch, a second floor covered porch and a first floor back area.
The breakfast is adequate. There are no tables. You have to sit on the porches or take to your room.
The air conditioners are very quiet. Anyone who stays in Key west knows what I mean.
