The staff was pleasant upon arrival, the check in process was easy . I was provided information with available meals The room was clean and comfortable with a microwave, Kerig and a small fridge. Turning on the TV was challenging, I had to go to the front desk to ask for help. The front desks girl came to my room and attempted to “setup the tv” , she also had a problem and called “Sue the housekeeping manager” who apparently has a connection with Shaw cable. She was able to get her Tv working, but there would have been no way that a guest would have figured it out. I would recommend this hotel simply because of the extra effort the staff made to make my stay comfortable.

Muy limpio, donde se ve es un lugar incoloro. El equipo está completo, hay que tenerlo. El entorno también es muy tranquilo, dormir hasta el amanecer, no hay ningún ruido. El único problema es que el cuarto es un poco pequeño, pero podemos aceptarlo completamente. El hotel de Kennora es muy caro y el precio de este hotel es razonable en Kennora. La próxima vez espero que pueda vivir en el hotel.

Esta fue mi primera estancia en este lugar después de usar varios otros hoteles en Kenora. La habitación estaba bien, aparte del hecho de que la limpieza de la habitación no se hizo bien ya que la suciedad aún estaba en la alfombra y la mini-nevera / congelador no estaba fría cuando llegué allí. Pero lo que me llevó a darles una mala calificación es el hecho de que pagué por una habitación con desayuno y cuando pregunté al registrarme cuándo sería el desayuno, me dijeron que no habría desayuno porque se quedaron sin suministros. Dejé en claro que esto no era satisfactorio, pero el tipo que trabajaba en el mostrador me dijo que me llamaría para informarme qué se puede hacer y qué nunca se hizo. No había desayuno en la mañana cuando esta era una de las razones por las que había reservado este hotel, ya que iba a estar fuera todo el día y necesitaba un buen desayuno antes de salir. Además, si hubiera sabido que no había desayuno, habría reservado en otro lugar por más barato sin incluir el desayuno. Había otra pareja saliendo al mismo tiempo que yo y estaban bastante molestos por la misma razón.

Rooms are filthy and disgusting. Nothing like pics. In a bad area and surrounded by substance abusers. Windows did not lock, carpet so dirty I didn't want to walk on it without shoes on. A substance abuser and her ”boyfriend” fought in room next door banging walls and storming up/down hallway. Then the substance abuser pulled the fire alarm and building had to evacuate. When we called desk they said they were ”evaluating the situation” and it was our fault for not calling them - not their fault for not watching security cameras. Had to go to front desk and yell at clerk to call police as he didn't when we called on the phone. We were then told to go back to our room not knowing if the couple that was violently fighting had actually started a fire or not When I told manager that I wanted $ for all this disturbance and inaction by employee and had no sleep and the filthy state of the rooms ... I was only offered $20 dollars and told they didn't have to speak with Fire Dept. or Police when they came as they ”know them”: meaning they are there often . STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRAVELODGE Please especially if you have children..... it's outrageously dirty and scary. I've attached pics of the syringes and condoms that are just behind the parking lot. I also attached a copy of their door instructions. Which pretty much shows you what they expect to happen during your stay.
