Staff housekeeper followed me around when i was going to use gym equipment. She asked me what room I was in an aggressive manner like im not a guest here which i did not appreciate, then tried to lie about it saying her boss sent her and her boss later confirmed that he did not send her. Overall besides that place is quiet and clean stayed for 4 days. Would be five stars if it wasnt the rude staff so i give it 2 stars, customer service is huge to me

Many good restaurants nearby. KSU was closed for Holidays so all roads & eateries were easy access.

Front office staff was very good. The property has deferred maintenance. The room was not clean when we checked in and not cleaned during our stay. Bed linen was never changed. Housekeeping staff couldn't speak english. Food was terrible.

Fire alarm went off in middle of night and took them forever to resolve it. Also there was no one around to explain the issue . Hot water does not work as well

I've stayed at this location many times while traveling for work. Every time it just seems to get worse. The building, facilities, room all have taken a taken a dive.

Comfortable beds and convenient location to Kennesaw State University. Our shower wasn’t draining and the rooms and lobby could use a little updating. Fine for just a night though.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to us and our three kids. A rating for the morning staff members that were on duty November 22nd.

Our hotel room was filthy, and badly in need of new carpet and paint. The comforter and blankets were covered in hair, obviously not washed. Toenails and food were around the edges of the bed and nightstand. When I asked the front desk for at least some clean pillowcases and blankets, he was friendly, but I was told there were no clean pillowcases available and not offered any solution. We did not shower as we were worried the towels were not clean. Did not eat breakfast either. Just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. If it had not been for the time in the evening, an early morning to come and only one night to stay, I definitely would have left and went somewhere else. It was disgusting.
