Personal muy gentiles y sonrientes en todo momento...para hacer sentir en confianza a los Huéspedes con su amabilidad...las Habitaciones con Vista al Jardin muy bien cuidado con Plantas Ornamentales bellas...las camas confortables que no dan ganas de levantatse... Baño con Toallas Mullidas impecables ... Desayuno Jugos Té Café..Pastelería Frutos secos frutas de la Estación..Miel Mermelas Nutella Zatziki Mantequilla Margarina .Huevos Fritos Revueltos Omelette...Almuerzo y Cena con un gran Variedad de Carnes de Res Cerdo Pollo y Pescados..acompañados de su Preferencia Vino Tinto Vino Blanco Vino Rosado Cervezas o Jugos.ensaladas Griega con Queso Feta Lechugas Tomates Pepinos Zanahoria Brócoli con Limón etc etc..Baclabas Postres de hojaldre Cremas diferentes todos ricos..Helados y Postres Calientes con Crema,Chantilly con opción Miel o Nutella... The highlight of my trip was definitely the spa trea**ents - Silvana and the rest of the team truly made it a fantastic experience. I got a body scrub and full body massage, they are highly skilled and professional. They made me comfortable and I highly recommend for a relaxing getaway.

I enjoyed my time at the hotel. Stayed a week and each day I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. I had a massage session booked, and my massage therapist Mikela and the head massage therapist who we booked through were amazing. I would highly recommend booking a massage during your stay here. My friends and I found the staff really helpful as they provided recommendations of nearby towns and sites we could visit during our stay. The hotel restaurant and food were also good. I would stay here again and I appreciate the effort the staff put in daily that made my stay enjoyable .

Both myself and the wife have just had a full body massage, cost was 100 euros each for a 50 minute session with a free 15 minutes on top so 65 minutes total. I had Silvana and the wife was with Mikela. The spa is a lovely clean and cool area just behind the hotels quiet pool. On entering you are offered a fresh cool water while you sit and fill out the usual forms. Once they are done you proceed to walk past the illuminated pool to the trea**ent area where the team were waiting to greet us. We were shown into adjoining rooms and left to get undressed and put on the paper underwear and then lay on the bed. The wife told me she was pleasantly surprised at how nice the massage and facial trea**ent was and how Mikela had been very charming and professional. Silvana was really good giving my bad shoulder a bit of a work out and at one point I have to admit it hurt, but sitting by the pool now writing this I think it was worth it as my shoulder feels so much better. All in all the whole setup is very good and runs well. Would recommend you get a trea**ent of some kind while staying in the hotel.

The food at this hotel is just dreadful. There was absolutely nothing positive to say about our dining experience here. The food is generally catered for the European palette, and there are a lot of satisfied German and French guests. If you’re a lover of overcooked, fatty pork then you’ll be over the moon. Guests with other pictures on here do not show a true reflection of what is actually served. If the hotel based their food on quality instead of quantity it could’ve been a very different picture. As for their ‘al a carte’ restaurant, then this is a total misrepresentation of the word and very misleading. The food served here is reheated leftovers from the buffet restaurant recycled into another dish. It’s clever I’ll give them that but it’s embarrassing if you’re knowledgeable about food. They also charge you for drinks even though you are all inclusive. But they don’t tell you until you’ve finished your meal! We waited over an hour for our food, which was inedible. We ate out a lot or we would’ve just lived off chips and bread. On our last day we overheard many guests complaining to each other about the food and several walked out when they saw what was on offer. Many complaints at reception just fell on deaf ears. Don’t waste your breath. The all inclusive drinks package isn’t great and neither is the service. They focus on ‘paying’ guests here and the service for those guests is completely different to those on a package deal. The hotel itself is quite clean and tidy, the staff work very hard and always greet you with a smile. Loads of kids there, so if you’re looking for a quiet escape then this isn’t for you. Lots of steps around the complex too. For the price of this hotel, I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

A massive thank you to Mikela, Natalia and Marina for the wonderful massages. It was an amazing experience and I couldn’t recommend this service more! They were very insightful in the different massages they offered and they recommended the ones that were perfect to our body type and mood.

Me and my partner had a fantastic massage in the spa by Silvana and Mikela. It was amazing from start to finish and definitely worth the money. Marina at the spa reception was very attentive. If you stay at this hotel, I definitely recommend booking this. Thank-you ladies

Not long back after a fabulous week away at this beautiful resort. We stayed in a superior room with private pool (Genesis) which was absolutely amazing. Spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed room, comfortable sun loungers, wonderful wee pool. It was the perfect room in the perfect resort. The resort itself is beautiful and very thoughtfully laid out. Don't go here if you want loud music and buzzing entertainment. But I would highly recommend for total peace, calm and relaxation. Light entertainment is available most nights. I only went to Cretan night entertainment and would highly recommend. Food in the restaurant was lovely, varied and plentiful with lots of choice. The restaurant setting was great, too, with seating indoors and outdoors. The spa is great and we had lovely massages from Irina and Maria. The resort is situated a short (15 mins) walk from the seafront. There are shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. We walked down to and along the seafront most evenings to enjoy the spectacular sunset and browse the shops. Staff at the hotel were all extremely friendly and helpful. All in all, the most perfect stay!! Thank you to all at the hotel.

April 2024 Lovely spotless hotel, I was by the pool all week, read and slept as was in desperate need. Fabulous selection of food, fab weather and Giota in the restaurant is just lovely, so helpful and understanding. I had a massage in the spa done by Mikela and Marina then floated out. Perfect and highly recommended. I didn't leave the hotel all week, there is a shop next door which is useful. Greek roads are so wide and smooth, not a pothole in sight.
