Princess Guest House Canal View

Very convenient location. Near Jewish ghetto. Lots of food options. Nice room overlooking canal. Some problems with staff. ******* charged more than owners asked.

The property location is wonderful, right in the heart of everything. The only problem with this property is the complicated self check in. It took us over 2 hours to check in with no help from property staff on site. Good thing there was a kind couple from New York who had the same issues as us help us. The rooms are nice but you need to walk a dark staircase and hallway to get to it a bit scary. They really should have a customer service person on site at property to help guests for the high price they charge. They don’t clean rooms nor give clean towels after initial check in. Lots of lock codes at each point to access property. First the gate, then at top of staircase then for room. If you don’t self check in online prior you won’t have codes for the front gate, staircase and room. When phone died on trip therefore I could not self check in prior. I had to depend on kindness of other to help and I did not have Whatapp to contact owner. This needs much improvement as many guests live the same situation.

L’esperienza più brutta mai provata in un hotel!!! I bagni erano in comune con gente sconosciuta, la stanza al quanto vecchia con muri scrostati, mancanza di ante negli armadi, porta rotta (quasi scardinata), materassi assolutamente da cambiare è il prezzo veramente esagerato. 250€ una notte per 3 persone, quasi volevo andarmene!!!

Posto favoloso quartiere bello di Venezia l’appartamento molto particolare in quanto antico la stanza che avevamo noi era particolarmente luminosa e con una vista bellissima sul rio condizionamento ottimo e ho trovato molta cortesia e disponibilità
