Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 12 für 2 Nächte in 12 einzeln genutzten Zimmern Anfang Mai 2022 dort. Zudem hatten wir 2 halbe Tage einen Meeting room mit Service angemietet. Ich habe solche Treffen schon öfters organisiert und kann daher feststellen, dass zum ersten Mal alles funktioniert hat. Alle Anschriften, Rechnungen und organisatorische Vorbereitungen passten vorzüglich. Die Zimmer waren modern, nicht überladen, sehr funktional und sauber. Der Check in sowie die dortige Betreuung während des gesamten Aufenthaltes war absolut top. Das Frühstücks-Buffet war überraschend umfangreich und abwechslungsreich. Die Bar wurde zwar „nur“ von der Rezeption mitbedient, reichte aber absolut aus. Dieses Haus ist für Städte-Reisende und Geschäftsreisende gleichermaßen empfehlenswert.

We stayed at the hotel for one night to visit an event in Karlsruhe. The hotel is located in a nice historic building, which is nice optically, but also means that noise insulation and heating is a bit dated. You could hear the trams passing by outside, which was quite a rumble each time, but I was surprised how well I slept nevertheless. The bed was great. The heating was more of an issue in early spring; it takes a long time to heat up the room. It's ok if you usually sleep in a colder room, but for my partner, it was too cold. The wooden elevator is historic (a technical monument), which I liked due to my interest in history and technology. Don't expect a highly modern device, though. Aside from that, the building is kept in working state despite its age, although some renovation could do wonders. This could have been a grand hotel when it was built, and it still has the potential if they were to renovate it. In operations, the hotel unfortunately looses points. Not having a kettle nor a safe in the room if below standard for a four-star plus hotel. The nozzle of the hair dryer fell of, apparently broken. You can't just walk in at night, you need to ring for the nightman to let you in after hours. The main door is locked and there is no side door or card reader for your room card. You need them to send someone and let you in. There is limited parking, which worked out for us. Things might be different is the hotel has more guests, then you might need to find other parking spaces. In total, if you need accommodation near the main train station and don't require too much, it's a nice place to stay, especially if you get a good rate. If you expect a four-star plus experience, the hotel falls short of reasonable expectation.

Am Vortag eröffnetes Hotel daher an der ein oder anderen Ecke noch Bauatmosphäre, besonders draußen. Lage in unattraktivem Gewerbe-Mischgebiet, mit Auto gut zu erreichen, zur nächsten Straßenbahn sind es ca. 300m. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind modern und chic, das Frühstück hat uns auch in der Art der Präsentation und bez. der Auswahl gefallen. In dem gebuchten Hipster Studio kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, praktisch sind auch Bluetooth-Lautsprecher für das Smartphone. Allerdings hat das Hipster Studio sicher nicht die aufgeführten 32qm! Überwiegend freundliches Personal. Zusammenfassend hat es uns gut gefallen, aktuell auch gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Ich möchte gerne eine außerordentlich positive Bewertung für die Hotelrezeptionistin abgeben, die während meines Aufenthalts tätig war. (03.07.3023 18 Uhr Anreise) Ihre Professionalität, Freundlichkeit und Hingabe haben meinen Aufenthalt zu einer außergewöhnlichen Erfahrung gemacht. Von Anfang an fiel mir ihre herzliche Begrüßung und ihre positive Ausstrahlung auf. Sie war stets bestrebt, meinen Anliegen und Bedürfnissen entgegenzukommen. Egal ob es um das Einchecken, das Buchen von Zusatzleistungen oder um Empfehlungen für lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten ging, sie war immer äußerst hilfsbereit und kompetent. Die Rezeptionistin bewies außerdem ein bemerkenswertes Organisationstalent. Sie schaffte es, die Anfragen mehrerer Gäste gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten und dabei stets einen ruhigen und professionellen Umgang zu wahren. Egal wie stressig es hinter dem Tresen war, sie behielt stets ihre positive Einstellung und vermittelte den Eindruck, dass sie sich um jeden Gast persönlich kümmerte. Darüber hinaus war die Rezeptionistin immer zuvorkommend und einfühlsam. Sie nahm sich Zeit, um meinen Fragen und Anliegen geduldig zuzuhören und mir dabei das Gefühl zu geben, dass mein Wohlbefinden für sie höchste Priorität hatte. Ihr Service war stets von einer persönlichen Note geprägt, die meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Insgesamt möchte ich die Hotelrezeptionistin für ihre außergewöhnliche Leistung und ihre herausragenden Fähigkeiten loben. Sie ist eine wertvolle Mitarbeiterin, die das Hotel Engel durch ihre Professionalität, ihre Gastfreundschaft und ihre aufmerksame Art bereichert. Ich kann sie wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, in dem ich sicher sein kann, dass ich erneut auf einen so qualifizierten und herzlichen Empfang treffen werde.

Llegada muy tarde y fue saludada por una joven muy amable el domingo noche que era muy amable y amable.Nos reservamos muy rápidamente y luego llegar a la habitación todo lo que puedo decir es grande refrigerador completamente almacenado con bebidas y snacks en una fantástica habitación . En el bar, se acogió a un amigable joven bar guy un buen servicio y un agradable restaurante bar conectado al hotel.La habitación era cómoda perfectamente limpia y el desayuno de calidad fue tan bueno como de vuelta a casa todo lo que puedo decir sobre este hotel es Intenta hacerlo tan bien para todo el personal y el equipo de gestión.

Hay un estacionamiento por dinero y el hotel es muy bueno, pero los agentes de Ctrip son basura. Reservé por seis días, y luego me quedé dos días y me salió un sarpullido en todo el cuerpo. Primero fui a ver al médico. El médico sugirió cambiar de habitación. Cuando fui a la recepción, vi que la recepción solo cobraba por dos noches. Pero Ctrip dijo que el agente no estuvo de acuerdo con el reembolso del dinero más tarde. Todavía está en negociación. Hay una opción en Ctrip para pagar en la tienda, y luego los hoteles aquí no pagan al principio, y el acuerdo se liquidará cuando se vaya, por lo que todos pagarán en la tienda después de reservar el hotel.
