Slow check in
The ****** experience was not that good,
It seems like they do you a favor to let you play,
Instead of appreciate the guests,
Unprofessional ruling from the floor manger,
They ask you not to speak at any language besides English but they will speak Russian and Greek and Turkish and it is ok?!?!?

Bu otele en son mayıs ayında gelmiştim. Ama şu an anlıyorum ki o günden bugüne çok şey değişmiş hizmet kalitesi çok düşmüş. Bahçede loby bardan çay istedik eşim kendi gidip alıp getirdi çayı. Tuvaletler son derece özensiz yeterince temiz değil. Bu otele hiç yakışmıyor

Her anlamda gidebileceğiniz en güzel otel diyebilirim.Çalışanlar inanılmaz güler yüzlü ve hizmet kalitesi mükemmel.Hiç bir zaman aksaklık ya da olumsuz bir durum yaşamadık.Çocuklarınızla da evinizde hissedip o rahatlığı yaşayabileceğiniz bi yer.Temizlik, organizasyon, planlama, yemekler yani herşey muhteşem.Eğer Kıbrısa geliyorsanız ve herşey yolunda gitsin diyorsanız başka otel aramayın.Merit farkını yaşayın💞

Otelin en olumlu tarafi 2.kat gorevlisi Vecihe hanim.Her gun ozenle yapilan temizlik icin cok tesekkurler😉Aksam canli muzik vs bulumuyor.Aileler icin faaliyetleri biraz daha arttirilabilir.Casinosu guzel.

10 yıldır severek kaldığımız otelde başka bir otel arayışı girmemek kararı alarak her yıl en az 5-6 gün olarak şubat ve son bahar aylarında yılda iki defa ziyaret etmekteyiz. spa ve havuz kullanımımızda kullandığımız bornozları takip etmek gibi bir sorumluluğumuz olduğunu bilmediğimiz için çıkışta resmen suçlanırcasına odada bornoz yok kelimesini Hatice hanım kullanılarak rencide edici açıklamada bulunmuştur. (Odada bornoz yoktu house clean dan kendimiz istedik çıkarken bir kırmızı bir beyaz havlu vardı) Biz bu otele zaten gereğinden fazla hizmet kalitesi aldığımız için ücret ödüyoruz. Kaldı ki 1-2 bin tl lik bornoza mı kaldık??? Gerçekten merit kalitesine yakışmayan adapsız bir tavırla karşı karşıya kalmak çok üzücü oldu. Bellboy Mehmet CANLI bey’in her geldiğimizde bizi güler yüzle karşılaması bir personele yakışan en güzel hareket. Kendisine teşekkür ederim. Unutmayın bornoz be havlularınızı mutlaka takip edin yoksa bu şekilde geri dönüş alabilirsiniz. Haziran ayında Kumar müşteriisi olarak gitmeyi düşünüyorduk şu an aldığım karar ile meritten uzak durulması yapılacak olan en düzgün karar olacaktır.

Aralık ayında eşimle gittiiğimiz otelden çok memnun kaldık. Hizmet ve hijyen bakımından mükemmeldi. Yemekleri çok güzel ve lezzeti yerindeydi. Otel çalışanları çok ilgili ve güler yüzlülerdi. Hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim. Oda hizmetimizden sorumla Vecihe Öztaş hanımefendiye de özellikle teşekkürü borç bilirim. İşinin ehli, oda pırıl pırıl ve hep mis gibiydi. Hiç cekınmeden konaklayabileceğiniz herşeyi ile mükemmel bir otel

Bayağı zamandir her sene arkadaşlarla Merit Crystal ı tercih ediyoruz. Gerek konumu gerekse temizligi ilgi alaka cok yoğun odalar tertemiz hijyene kaliteye cok dikkat ediyorlar. Ozellikle kat görevlisi ve temizlikten sorumlu Vecihe hanım ilgi ve itinasindan dolayı ve tabi ki otel yönetimine se teşekkürler..

It’s a lovely hotel; staff is great and the mostly respectful. It’s like heaven with rare animals, lots of trees and beautiful scenery and the beach. Food is excellent and alcoholic beverages are plenty. Can they serve better, of course. Here are the items can be added, improved: 1. There should be services from and to the airport , not only for gamblers but all. 2. There is an image problem, sometimes almost 70% of the guests are men, mostly gamblers. They should encourage families and women groups by providing discounts. Management is not problem solver, they love to explain. No concave mirror, bath leafs.
