Soulsisters' Hotel

Have just returned from a week’s king trip and we stayed at this hotel - Oh my god, cannot praise this hotel and its staff highly enough, all very polite,friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was immaculately kept, our room was a superior one with balcony, the facilities were all of highest quality, the wellness suite with a small family pool, sauna,steam room with all you’d expect from a continental hotel. The food was of the highest quality, nothing pretentious, just good wholesome food, that we would happily have come back for seconds for if able. I did not another review of this hotel saying that the found the staff rude and unhelpful, we did definitely NOT find this to be the case as stated before they were ALL very polite and friendly. If we come back to Kaprun again we will definitely be looking to book here again

Stayed here in Hotel Antonius in April, chose Kaprun because of the access to the nearby glacier so good ski conditions were more likely so late in the season. It was a last minute booking as we weren't sure if snow conditions would be ok so late in season. Glad we did go ahead - the hotel was great, really friendly and helpful staff, and the food (we were half board) was a very good standard. Hotel rooms were impeccably clean as were the public hotel spaces. Although it was a set menu each night (which was lovely, and there was a choice of main courses each night), the service staff (who were great throughout the week) were very accommodating of the kids fussy eating and helped with a number of requests in this area. The location was also good with a ski bus stop directly outside the hotel and the main gondola only a few minutes away on the bus. Would definitely recommend and will happily return in future

Das Hotel ist toll renoviert und erzeugt einen einzigartigen Charme durch aufmerksame und kreative Gestaltung von Details. Die Zimmer waren sauber und geräumig. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche Personal und die ausgezeichnete Küche. Auch hier sind es oft Details die es einzigartig machen.

Wir waren in den Herbstferien mit der Familie im Hotel Antonius, das wir u.a. auf Grund der zahlreichen guten Bewertung ausgewählt hatten. Leider können wir diese, v.a. im Hinblick auf die Freundlichkeit des Personals nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. Obwohl auf der Homepage mit Vergünstigungen beim Skiverleih geworben wird, konnte man uns beispielsweise darüber am Empfang keine darüber Auskunft geben. Stattdessen widmete man sich lieber dem eigenen WhatsApp Chat. Insgesamt wirkte das Personal samt der beiden Chefinnen extrem demotiviert und uninteressiert. Ob das an einer sehr großen Reisegruppe oder an den jetzigen Betriebsferien lag, ist nur eine Vermutung. Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung des Hotels fanden wir durchaus geschmackvoll und sauber. Hervorzuheben ist auch der großzügige Spabereich. Leider war dieser zu den Stoßzeiten überfüllt. Auch die Wasserqualität im Innenpool nahm zunehmend ab. Für uns insgesamt eher enttäuschend, wir werden das Hotel wohl eher nicht weiterempfehlen.
