The staff and the accommodation were very friendly and helpful! Oak Ray Regency: Comfortable rooms, attentive staff, delicious food. Enjoyed my stay, would recommend! It was a nice experience and close to the areas I had to be in!! Excellent stay! Impeccable service, cozy rooms, and great location. Will definitely return!

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The food was delicious, the room had breathtaking views, and the swimming pool was spotlessly clean. The staff members were incredibly friendly and supportive throughout my stay. I would like to give a special shout-out to the front office manager who provided me with exceptional support. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience.

Good hotel good food , front office manager is helpful , swimming pool is very good and lobby is very spacious Upon entering the hotel, guests are greeted by a warm and hospitable staff, whose dedication to providing exceptional service sets the tone for an unforgettable stay. From personalized check-in experiences to attentive concierge services, every aspect of guest interaction is marked by professionalism and genuine care. The hotel is up a poor road and the hotel is a pleasant surprise. The rooms are large, clean and bright. The facilities are good with a decent sized pool. The staff are friendly and polite. There is a good selection of breakfast food. The layout is a bit confusing and more signs could be added.

Very clean hotel, in the city center but quiet. Excellent view of the river. Clean restaurant and good food, international cuisine. Large room although the air conditioning was very noisy. Very nice rooftop pool, too bad there were no umbrellas to protect you from the sun

The rooms are very clean and the sitting areas are beautiful. The food is very delicious and scrumptious. Should add more vegetarian and Sri-Lankan food options. The staffs are good.and friendly. The shower area in my room has less water pressure, but hot water is coming. The room was a bit old. Thank you so much Oak Ray.
