Amigo y amigable con los animales. Es todo en los detalles: puertas de estacionamiento automáticamente abiertos, realmente apreciados cuando llevan todo su equipaje, y viajar con un perro. Hotel is located next to a pedestrian street, which makes it great for short walks and cocktails on terraces. There is a bar and a restaurant right next to reception, so not a long walk needed. Staff was friendly and professional. Everybody greeted. All went smooth. We had a Superior King room. View to lobby. Looked really nice, clean and modern. Spacious. Comfy bed. Good pillows. Air conditioner. Minibar. Coffee/tea/cocoa set. TV with chromecast. Bathroom was large and included everything you need. Products by Lumene. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. Coffee was bad, tasted like filtered coffee with double water. I would do some improvements, add some fish and some more egg options? We were there on easter and special points to staff wearing different easter themed items. They even designed boiled eggs :) Overall experience 5/5 and highly recommended.

I had a great stay with my dogs! The service was professional and friendly. The staff really took my dogs into consideration as a towel and a water bowl were waiting for them in our room in addition to a surprise bag we got at check in. Location was perfect, close to everything. I really enjoyed the breakfast. The noise from the bathroom disturbed a little, but overall we are very happy with our stay and will be visiting again! :)

La habitación de la habitación es muy buena, pero no es muy buena. Durante mi estancia esto ocurrió varias veces pero ahora sabía qué hacer. Estaba solo en una habitación doble básica, esto era bueno para mí. Muy pequeño para dos personas, especialmente si quieres usar un laptop.

La habitación era perfecta y el desayuno era fantástico, básicamente hecho con productos locales (pero por qué no había fruta fresca?). En un lugar como Finlandia, famoso por sus noches de verano blancas, es inaceptable que se vea obligado a mantener las luces todo el día. En la recepción, todos estaban muy amables pero completamente desinformados de todo. Una de las damas en la recepción me dijo que no había montado después de las 4:00. Esto me parecía tan extraño que prefiero hacer un doble comprobación en un kiosco de R (un tipo de boletín que también vende billetes de transporte público) y allí me confirmó que había autobuses en viajes casi cada hora, cada día. Entonces, lo que me pareció inaceptable es que el teléfono en mi habitación no funcionaba, por lo que no pude llamar a la recepción. Una dama de servicio de habitaciones me dijo que el teléfono estaba bloqueado y para desbloquearlo se necesita un código de puk (en la pantalla del teléfono podría leer un mensaje extraño como ”insertar código PUK” o similar). Ella explicó que la sustitución del dispositivo no era la solución, el problema habría durado. En su opinión para obtener un teléfono de trabajo necesito cambiar de habitación ... Increíble. Sin duda esperaba mucho más basándose en las opiniones que había leído en este hotel. Hay algunos aspectos que realmente me gustan de este lugar, pero muchos otros que deben mejorarse.

Hotel was pretty good. Rooms are clean and nice but would need small update i guess. But nothing huge just small signs of wear here and there. We were still very happy with the room. The service at the lobby was very kind and this place had awesome breakfast. 5/5. We checked the gym and it had all the basic things you can imagine to do a good workout. Parking lot was good also.
