非常不錯的一家酒店，環境很好，酒店後面有一個很大的湖面和很美的開放公園，適合喜歡散步、晨練的遊客，酒店內有健身房、路天游泳池。早餐也不錯，主要以西式餐點為主，五層的酒店建議入住時訂靠湖面那邊的房間既安靜又可以看到湖景。

The staff polite.
The room not so good.
We can’t shower.
The shower didn’t drain properly within a few minutes there was standing water about an inch deep. So we couldn’t shower in Paz bc it would flood our room.
The remote control didn’t work so I called and the front desk and was asked to go downstairs to pick up so my husband did
Feel hrs later it wasn’t working again and the air conditioning wasn’t cooling down enough. I was just too tired to change and go downstairs to pick up another one control and deal with air conditioning bc it’s just not ok in my humble opinion.
So We deal with it but never will come back that’s for sure.

This is crazy hotel, have been lived for 5days, I travelled internationally to Atlanta for business meetings, this hotel wrote me a letter to charge me US$75 pet cleaning fee which I do not have any pet. When I go to front desk to explain that I don’t have any pet in my room and travel internationally. The front desk staff is so ridiculous and refuse to listen my explanation. The staff just add $75 pet cleaning fee to my bill and ask me to explain issue with his manager who will be office next day 11am, it is unbelievable to add some fee without check the truth.

It was nice,clean and we were greeted with kindness. I didn't like the feather pillows on bed and we got a 2 double bed which one was extremly close to wall and air unit which made it difficult to get around

Very nice for the bill. Staff was a bit unfriendly (but following orders) with the conference room. I was not allowed to use it in-spite of the fact that I was one person, the room was not booked, and the computer area desk was full.
