La ventana de balcón tiene una laguna. El servidor está muy paciente en cambiarnos la habitación. El agua de pulso de la cabina tiene un pequeño problema. La recepción informará inmediatamente al maestro de que tratará con buena actitud y alta eficiencia. El centro deportivo tiene un proyecto rica, nadar, jugar basqueteo, gimnasio..., los niños mayores disfrutan muy bien. La recepción es bella y se retrasa el tiempo de salida para los niños, también se entrega agua limpia, se entrega una taza de café de dibujo, gracias por su servicio intimidad!

El entorno del hotel es muy bueno, el equipo de habitaciones es muy nuevo, la higiene limpia, las nubes del desayuno del restaurante son muy deliciosas, muy amables, la temperatura del aire acondicionado de la habitación es suficiente, hay un mercado nocturno bajo el piso, es muy conveniente comer la noche y la noche, hay ruedas de rodas y paisajes del río en cinco minutos a pie, muy conveniente, Recomendamos que todos se queden en el hotel Hua Meda, y la próxima vez que viajemos, se quede aquí otra vez, especialmente para mencionar la recepción, muy cuidadoso, muy buena actitud de servicio, ¡muy cálido!

設施不太新，晚上回來有點晚，前台沒人了，還有個男的睡沙發上，不知道是不是工作人員，房間窗邊有個小門，打開看了是空調外機，不過一個人住還是有點害怕，而且感覺臟髒的，空調感覺很老了缺乏維護，浴巾什麼的有點起毛邊了，燈光布置感覺不是很科學，寄存行李感覺也很隨意，不過很方便就是了。電梯間煙味很大，這是最糟糕的。不過這個價格來說還是很不錯了，窗外風景不錯，前台挺熱情的，房間內也比較乾淨寬敞，我到得早也讓我提前入住了，早飯一般般，用的餐盤感覺跟食堂似的。

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

很開心，真的很開心，發現了一個寶藏酒店，以前也住過星程，但這家不一樣，首先因為來的晚了，一進大廳環境很好，雖然是晚上，但大廳很亮堂，前台小妹服務超級熱情，又是倒茶，又是送小吃，看見我手破了，貼心的給我拿創可貼貼上，很暖！還給我提行李送我到電梯，很感動。進到房間很整潔，乾淨，很舒服。水壺也很乾凈，特別是喝水的杯子相當乾淨透亮，這個真的要點贊，全屋是小愛同學在控制，滿滿的科技感！這裏的服務員見麪就會主動的問候，早餐也是相當的豐富，種類很多，特別是大家的煙筍牛腩麪，超級好吃，最後退房的時候還送了我一個小掛件當作禮物，好開心！交通很便利，周邊小吃，超市因有盡有，很便利，還有一個不錯的KTV，真的值得推薦！

Creo que al menos cuatro personas comen. También envié agua dulce a la noche. ¡Especialmente lo que vale la pena elogiar todo el servicio de la atención y la atención! ¡Micross-sensor está de vuelta en segundos! 這次因陪孩子考試入住，去大學城十五分鐘左右，自己開車很方便。我們在網上定的高級大床房，自動享受升級後住的豪華大床房，房間較大，設施方便，小度很可愛，方便使用。酒店內部環境不錯，服務真是周到，有求必應。我們第一天入住是下午5點過，遇到了據説是有史以來的第一次停電，酒店應急措施還可以，樓梯間馬上安了手電筒照明，又去買來蠟燭送房間，去借充電寶還享受了免費。7點鐘就來電了，有驚無險，此後就開始享受温暖舒適的感覺了，中央空調效果好，被子剛剛好。總之是下次來金堂還想住的地方。酒店周圍方便選吃的，離毗河大橋很近，可以欣賞河景。

首先這家酒店有非常好的設計感，可見酒店方的品位很不錯。其次酒店的硬件設施和軟件設施都很好，水龍頭淋浴頭都是配了不錯的品牌。洗頭水沐浴露這些都是相當不錯。還有產品也很好，床墊的軟硬程度相當合適，而且配了羽絨枕和棉花枕兩種枕頭供客戶選擇，完全是五星級的水平
