Очень довольна пребыванием в этом отеле☺️ Отличное местоположение, чистота ( уборка в номере каждый день) Завтраки 5+
Спасибо самому внимательному и доброжелательному управляющему Ибрагиму☺️ Думаю, в следующий раз не буду экспериментировать с отелями и обязательно вернусь именно сюда. 💯💯💯

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und die Ubahnstation Osmanbey ist 2min zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Betten sind so unglaublich ungemütlich auf dem Boden zu schlafen wäre gesünder für den Rücken!!!
Sauberkeit hinter den Betten und die Handtücher waren nicht sauber. Also für eine Woche würde ich es absolut keinem empfehlen, für ein bis zwei Nächte in Ordnung aber die Betten waren so schlimm wie in keinem Hotel wo ich in Istanbul war.

I would never stay in this hotel. Receiption is on the 2nd floor. Very narrow building. Very old furniture. Receiption is very helpful though.

It was great and the Ibrahim was very helpful. The fact that he speaks English helped in communication.
The taxi driver that dropped me to the airport was dudgy. Despite paying the hotel, he was still requesting for payment. He was so rude and got angrey when he was asked not to smoke in the car. He was asking how much I gave the hotel for the taxi fare, which I refused to tell him. He is a complete bad image for the hotel. If I am to stay in that hotel next time, I will never user the hotel taxi.

Everything was terrible they were like, don't speak in english only arabic and turkey, we had booked for 6 nights because we thought it is nice and clean, but when we entered the room everything was dirty from beds to toilet, and the staff was way too lazy their receiption was always empty we felt like it it a scam place, by tomorrow morning we paid the fee of other nights that we changed our reservation, and run for our life.....!
