Valoraciones de Florya House Hotel

We booked 30m2 rooms, but they put us in 5m2 rooms. In the end they agreed to change the rooms to -1 level rooms which have no view etc. There is no lobby etc. Do not expect too much. Just a good location and good staff. You can find better places for the same price.

Benim kaldığım odanın banyosunda bir havalandırma problemi var sanırım, kötü bir koku vardı sürekli. Onun dışında çalışanlar gayet güler yüzlü ve yardımcı oldular.

Otel çalışanları çok iyi, temizlik harika. Tek sorun banyodan yada tuvaletten koku gelmesi idi.

Konum itibariyle olabilecek en güzel yerde. Otelin hem cafe restoranı var hem de hint ve asya mutfağı olan ayrı bir restoranı var. Hint mutfağını ilk defa denedim ve çok beğendim. Bence otele gidip de hint yemeği yememek olacak iş değil :) Personeller ilgili ve oldukça yardımsever. Fiyat performans olarak da otel hakkını veriyor. Bazı yorumlarda sıcak su kalorifer ilgili olumsuz beyanlar vardı doğrusu odalar hem sıcaktı hem de kaynar derecede su ile duş aldım :)

We stayed four nights in this hotel, enjoying short vacation. Asked information about airport shuttle without answer. Please be prepared that it takes appr. one hour to get to the citiy center by crowded bus, than changing to crowded tram. Room was clean, furniture worn off little bit. We had to ask toilet paper every days. It was not automatically repleninshed. Hotel surranded by Turkish restaurants, and shops. Good bakery near by.

Friendly staffs but the not as clean as I thought it would be. The air con wasn’t working so I had to open the windows and loads of flys came in

I stayed in room 502 at the third floor (not sure how they name the rooms). There was a constantly working machine next to my room. It was hard to sleep with that noise. The bathroom smelled awful. Instead of fixing the issue, they tried to cover it up with lots of moth balls in the sink.

The staff was very friendly. Good area for walking.

Comfortable hotel in florya, good surroundings nearby, prices are also affordable and they have restaurant at down floor which indicates that everything is near the area. Florya akvaryum and florya sahil are nearby which are the most famous tourist attractions of istanbul.

The hotel is nice located in florya and has a bistro&cafe and a very nice indian restaurant which serve authentic indian foods hotel staff are helpful and beds are comfy and street it very popular full of shops

It's very nice experience to staying in this hotel. Very comfort. Staff very humble. Easy accessible. They have cafe and restaurant also. This place have indian restuarant also. There international caffee is very beautiful.

So i had gone for a meal to their Indian restaurant located below the hotel called ( Fusion Indian Restaurant) rated one of the best in Istanbul, & while awaiting my meal decided to check out the rooms above at Florya House Hotel to stay there for a couple of nights, before doing that i read the reviews online & frankly they were all not so flattering, but luckily i decided to see them myself & i thought they were pretty decent for the rent i was paying , rooms were neat & clean, which is conveniently located in a posh neighbourhood of Istanbul, the staff is very helpful so is the owner of the property who is hands on, with the airport, shopping malls restaurants & a IB school nearby, & to top it all found a very large beautiful park (similar to Hyde Park in London) which is less then 7min walk close to it, so all in all had a very nice stay at Florya House Hotel.
