Desafortunadamente , MUY MAL , las instalaciones sucias , alfombras , paredes , cortinas , toallas viejas y rotas , aire acondicionado viejo con un sonido …. lo peor es si lo apagas ….mueres pero de calor …. ( el ultimo día solicite que por favor no teníamos en la ducha toallas y la respuesta fue ; " esta todo el hotel sin toallas " no ha llegado la lavandería , mas tarde llevaron dos: viejas y rotas además el baño en 4 días sin limpieza y la misma sabana en la cama …. en fin Esta claro que no esperábamos instalaciones de lujo por que el precio de 45 E por noche no es para un hotel 5 estrellas o mas pero al menos limpieza mínima y diaria . NADA RECOMENDABLE …. SE CONVIERTE EL VIAJE EN UN CANSANCIO TOTAL POR QUE ES IMPOSIBLE DESCANSAR EN ESTE LUGAR . Como esta claro la UBICACION DEL HOTEL ES EXCELENTE .

There was black mold in the bathroom. The smell of smoke permeated the hallway and room. There was broken furniture in the room. Even within 15 minutes in the room my friend and I began to feel I’ll from the mold. When I explained that it was an unsafe place for us to stay (especially with my asthma) the manager tried to gaslight me into believing the mold was fine until I told him that I am a nurse. When I demand to speak with the manager he only called him after multiple excuses and then hung up before anything was finalized. When I asked to speak with the manager in person the next morning (as we were going to stay at a different hotel) he would not give me a firm time of when he would be available. In the end the desk clerk threatened me with physical removal by his bouncer. The website that I booked the hotel through (Hooper) has been thoroughly unhelpful, and in the end has offered only a 15% refund voucher and said that I need to call the hotel. This property is not safe and should be avoided at all costs.

Room too small, Broken Toilet seat, we were 3 adults,towels only for one.,Blankets for 2 persons only and we are 3. no shower door.the third bed is for a child not for an adult,

The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is close to everything (train and Taksim square). Their were parts of the building that were a little older with spiral staircases to get to rooms, but the staff was very accommodating when we requested to move my parent to an easier accessible space

We booked the queen room, they gave us a very small room and in bad shape.

The location of the hotel is more than amazing, the staff were really nice. It is not a 5 stars hotel but for the money paid and the great location all is good. The breakfast is not an open buffet but the area is so cool! Thanks to the lovely staff who made our stay less hectic as we were afraid from the reviews, especially Mr. Karim.

Good location directly next to taksim square, easy access to the Metro station and busses.
Staff are friendly and ready to assist, but there is a shortage in towels a room of 2 persons only will get 1 towel, no tissues at the rooms or water, they don’t check while cleaning if toilet papers are needed unless we ask for.
From my side I would not recommend it.
