Bonito hotel a poca distancia de dos estaciones de metro. La llave debe dejarse en el hotel al salir.

The bathroom was so small and the shower no door ,aircondition doesnt cold enough

직원분들 친절하고 가격 저렴하고 지하철이랑 가깝고 좀 좁아도 둘이 쓰기 충분했고 깨끗했어요. 샤워부스 물이 잘 안 빠지긴하지만 그래도 완전 깨끗하고 좋아요!! 추천합니다.

Hôtel classique et correct - Rien à signaler

The room was tiny but spotlessly clean with crisp sheets, the bathroom was newly refurbished with hot shower. However I did not sleep at all well as the walls are so thin - I could hear the conversations of people in the next room, them flushing the loo, switching the lights on, coming and going. I think each room ending in 1 or 2 would be fine if you were a family taking both rooms but not otherwise. The breakfast was ok, but not worth paying extra for.

We appreciated that it was impossible to lose anything in the room. Risk of falling out the window whilst in the shower, heightened your sense that we were living our best life. A jewel. The concierge minimalist approach to finding the key, didn’t contradict with our mental well-being. Not to be missed.

EXCELENTE ATENCIÓN Y LIMPIEZA. Muy buena calefacción. La habitación cómoda aunque un poco chica. Buenos colchones mullidas almohadas y buena calidad de sábanas. Esta un ´poco alejado del centro pero a 4 cuadras está el metro.

I would be giving it a 1/5 if it wasn’t for the receptionist Thomas. Had 2 receptionists which made our group feel unwelcome, then put on the phone to a woman who was abrupt and spoke aggressively to me. If you are looking to book a quadruple room, you won’t get one, as when I booked one I got 2 rooms 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with 1 double. Not only am I a double bed short of my booking, but also me and my friends weren’t in the same room. On arrival a bald receptionist argued with me about the booking I made and when I was trying to explain he constantly told me I booked different rooms, he then put me on the phone to the aggressive woman, who was also cheeky and very ill-mannered. The next morning I was greeted by Thomas, a very friendly receptionist, was very easy to have a conversation with him. Later that night a man called Nabil told me I was not allowed to use the bathrooms in the lounge area and I was to use the one in my room , after I looked it him with confusion he did sigh and tell me I could. An unwelcoming stay, made to feel an inconvenience by the majority of the staff, Will never stay here again.

Our room, a triple, was big with a dressing room and walk-in shower. Comfortable and with everything we needed including air conditioning, The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was good value with varied choice and good coffee. The hotel is close enough to the metro and to Aquaboulevard and other local attractions.

We stayed at this hotel for a close by event and where really happy about the nice receptionists who where always happy to help. The rooms were clean, had AC and had everything we needed, the only thing missing was a fridge for our drinks at these hot summer temperatures. We will for sure come back for the next event happening at Palmeraie!

I stayed in the hotel for the dance festival. The room was not too big, but the air conditioning saved me. It was 40C in Paris, but as it was cool in my room I was able to work during the day and sleep at what was left of the night. It was quiet, so my beauty sleep was not disturbed. As I was checking out, it was still before breakfast and receptionist Nabil was so kind and gave me a cup of coffee and shared a few entertaining stories before the taxi arrived. Keep up with such a kind and friendly attitude, Nabil! If I come back to the festival next year, I will stay in the hotel as well again with great pleasure.

My room was small but comfortable and a buffet breakfast was served each morning - great scrambled eggs. Some confusion over cost: I thought I was getting a discount as my friend couldn't make it because of Covid but I ended up paying the full price.
