Très bon hôtel, tous le personnel est accueillant, disponible à toute heure et à votre écoute., sympathique et arrangeant. L’hôtel est sécurisé et bien desservis par les transports en commun. La décoration est soigné, jolie salle de repas. Les chambres sont idéal pour un séjour parisien avec tous le confort nécessaire. Je recommande cet établissement et remercie le personnel pour avoir contribué au bon déroulé de notre séjour.

Apartahotel en una zona tranquila de París: Parada de tranvía (T2) a 2minutos andando. Supermercado en la misma puerta. Estanco donde poder comprar la tarjeta de transporte también junto a la puerta. La habitación tranquila y cómoda, colchón aceptable. En la mini cocina hemos echado en falta cafetera y tostador que es básico para los desayunos. Tiene lavavajillas pero no te ofrecen detergente. Tampoco hay ni bayeta ni estropajo para poder lavar alguna cosa puntual. Lo peor sin duda ha sido la limpieza, pues según nos explicaron en recepción para estancias largas la limpieza (varias semanas en nuestro caso) el cambio de sábanas y toallas se hace solo 1 vez a la semana. Aún así, esa supuesta limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, pues las pelusas ahí estaban día tras día, el baño nada limpio, espejo sin limpiar, papel higiénico sin reponer… En general no ha estado mal la estancia, pero el tema de la limpieza deberían tomárselo en serio.

I would be giving it a 1/5 if it wasn’t for the receptionist Thomas. Had 2 receptionists which made our group feel unwelcome, then put on the phone to a woman who was abrupt and spoke aggressively to me. If you are looking to book a quadruple room, you won’t get one, as when I booked one I got 2 rooms 1 room with 2 single beds and 1 room with 1 double. Not only am I a double bed short of my booking, but also me and my friends weren’t in the same room. On arrival a bald receptionist argued with me about the booking I made and when I was trying to explain he constantly told me I booked different rooms, he then put me on the phone to the aggressive woman, who was also cheeky and very ill-mannered. The next morning I was greeted by Thomas, a very friendly receptionist, was very easy to have a conversation with him. Later that night a man called Nabil told me I was not allowed to use the bathrooms in the lounge area and I was to use the one in my room , after I looked it him with confusion he did sigh and tell me I could. An unwelcoming stay, made to feel an inconvenience by the majority of the staff, Will never stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights during the Olympics. We booked already a year in advance and everything else was sold out already then so this was pretty much the only option in our price bracket (and it was about 3 times per the normal price for this hotel!) Quiet and residential location but the walk up the hill from the metro station is a struggle in the heatwave and if you have luggage. The breakfast had limited options. It was difficult to find out about allergens in the food items as they were not written down. The breakfast room was always messy as when people left, their dishes were not cleared even after a while as there seemed to be only one member of staff who wasn’t constantly monitoring the status of the breakfast room. The bed was comfortable and so was the shower. There is a general hair and body wash available. The TV was nice. The only rubbish bin in the room is the one in the bathroom and it’s tiny and fills up quickly so your rooms ends up having a lot of rubbish and waste that doesn’t fit in the bin, unless you take them downstairs to the reception area where there is a recycling bin. There is AC in the room but it isn’t as efficient and we felt hot every night. The tables in the room are very small and we couldn’t fit our basic items on the bedside tables each day; there is very less space to put your things down other than two shelves near the entry. The first night I noticed the pillow smelled very dirty, so it appeared to not have been washed in between guests - it smelled like someone had been sweating on it. We asked the pillows and covers to be changed the next day. There is no kettle or tea/coffee facility in the rooms either so to make a drink you have to go to the reception and ask for hot water. A weird coincidence happened when we were sitting in the restaurant area after the check out and waiting for our taxi, my partner simply looked at (visually, not touched anything) the breakfast shelf which has items that are used in the breakfast such as Nutella and jam. The manager or other member of staff ran to him and saying “sir you can’t take those they are for the breakfast! Don’t touch them!”. He was not even intending to, simply looked at the shelf while we were waiting for our taxi. He then went in to the kitchen and said something in French to another staff member and asked him to do an inventory of all the breakfast items in their storage cupboards in front of us. Did they think we had been sitting there stealing breakfast items while waiting for our taxi? Humiliating!

La alegre cultura del Hotel Butkamp sin duda hará que su estancia sea placentera. El diseño del hotel es muy vibrante y moderno, y el personal es amable y servicial. Sin embargo, me decepcionó un poco el tamaño de la habitación. El espacio de la habitación es relativamente pequeño, lo que hace que parezca agobiante. Además, el efecto de aislamiento acústico de la habitación no es ideal y, a veces, por la noche se puede oír el ruido de la habitación de al lado, lo que influye en cierta medida en la calidad del sueño. Además, creo que es necesario mejorar el servicio de habitaciones del hotel. Si bien el personal del hotel es en general muy amable, hay ocasiones en las que parecen un poco apresurados y descuidados al atender las solicitudes de los huéspedes. A veces pueden olvid**** de proporcionarme algunos artículos básicos como toallas o artículos de tocador, lo que me hace sentir un poco incómodo. En general, Happy Culture del Hotel Butkamp brindó una experiencia agradable, pero todavía hay algunas áreas que necesitan mejorar. Espero que el hotel pueda optimizar el tamaño de las habitaciones, mejorar el aislamiento acústico y mejorar la calidad del servicio de habitaciones para que los huéspedes puedan tener una experiencia más cómoda y placentera durante su estancia.

Excellent price quality for Paris. Very friendly and special greeting. Reception staff was extraordinary. Very nice and clean hotel. Maby just a few minor flaws A bit far outside you need to take a cab Uber of metro and de restaurant was good but not special.

I travelled to París with my husband and we had an amazing stay in Best Western Paris Porte de Versailles! The room was very big specially for it being in Paris, the bathroom was also very big, the staff was really nice to us since arriving, we had no problem checking in, and the breakfast was really good and abundant. Also the location is perfect because you have a subway station a couple of meters away and is really close to the Eiffel Tower and all of Paris attractions. We would definitely come back on our next trip to Paris!

El hotel está situado en el centro de París, a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro más cercana. El hotel está muy bien decorado y las habitaciones están muy bien equipadas. La cama es cómoda y los baños tienen exactamente lo que necesitas. El escritorio y el personal son muy útiles. Si buscas una base para explorar París no puedes estar en lo equivocado con este hotel. Puedes estar en la Torre Eiffel en menos de 20 minutos

El departamento estaba muy bien. Cerca de vagabundo. El aeropuerto está en el extremo opuesto de la ciudad de París. El transporte en París se rompió debido a la huelga, muy difícil viajar. Usamos UBER desde el hotel y era un poco caro. Hay cerca de la tienda local para comprar algunos comestibles. Esperamos que el hotel proporcione al menos botellas de agua mineral complementarias en la habitación. En general, la estancia fue buena.
