Solid airport hotel - if you end up with a very early flight it’s worth it after a long road trip rather than driving from Reykjavik.

Hotel very near to international airport, huge car park with rapid charge and petrol station. Convenient for those who rented electric car like us. Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Overall satisfactory, it will be perfect with airport shuttle.

The hotel is a Marriott so it was clean and comfortable, but what makes this hotel shine is the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. Made the stay go from “expected” to “exceptional”. I wish I had thought to write down their names to call them out specifically, because they made the stay memorable. I was traveling alone with my son which is awesome but tiring, and they went out of their way to make it great.

Very friendly check-in experience. Hotel was clean and quiet and very close to the airport- so a perfect stop for an early flight out. We had good fish and chips takeout from your restaurant

Great location but the desk staff seemed aloof and not very friendly. Seemed like they were indifferent we were there. The breakfast buffet at the hotel is good though and is a great location.

Hotel was great. Rooms were big. Staff were amazing - patient, friendly and very helpful. Location to the airport is great. We spent 8 days in Iceland and we stayed the first and last day of our trip at this hotel.

The breakfast at Marriott is 3300 ISK (~$24 USD) per person, but compared to options in down town Reykjavik or the airport is better quality, substantially cheaper, and unlimited buffet. By comparison alternatives in Reykjavík are tiny portions, marginal quality, and exorbitantly expensive - just like every other dining option we experienced in Iceland.
