«Excellent location.Good service.Room is very clean and bed is comfortable. Hotel Provide luggage storage. Stored Luggage was just left beside the reception counter. We had an unfortunate incident. Our luggage bag lock was working perfectly fine before we left but when we returned to claim the bags, we could not open the lock with our secure code. The manager did try to help but sadly it was not successful. This is a traveller's nightmare.»

«We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!»

«一月一日入住攜程高評分榜的貴州中瑞天禧酒店進行休整。酒店門臉不大，辦理入住時前面有人需要等待，大堂經理十分友好的與我介紹酒店的各種服務，排解我等待的無聊時間，該酒店有自己加工的小甜品，被放置在酒店大堂一角，供入住客人隨便食用。早餐從早七點至午12點，11點至12點換餐，持有早餐券的客人可以在餐廳裏呆一上午，晚上有宵夜。我在攜程上選擇了含早餐的標間，因眼花選擇早餐竟然選了一人，辦理入住時工作人員善意提醒，大堂經理聽到後免費贈送了早餐及宵夜券。劃重點，這一舉動讓我很是意外同時又十分高興，省錢是一個原因主要是新年第一天給了一個好彩頭。迷信的認為這預示着2026這一年運氣應該都不錯吧。房間設施攜程可以看到，在此省略，重點是酒店整理了從自己酒店開始輻射出去的吃購地圖，一目瞭然。苗侗醫葯交易市場，綉裏淘非遺集市。從該酒店輻射出去的中國鄉村旅遊一號公路的路書並配以照片詳細解説。細節的與眾不同常常可以打動人心，»

«¡Excelente relación calidad-precio! Por este precio, un hotel con tan buena limpieza y ambiente es una ganga. Está muy cerca de la estación de tren de alta velocidad, ¡a solo 7-8 minutos a pie! El personal de recepción fue amable y siempre me recibió con una sonrisa. La ropa de cama era muy cómoda, las almohadas tenían la firmeza perfecta y la insonorización era excelente, así que dormí profundamente hasta que me desperté de forma natural. El baño, separado (con ducha y seco), era muy práctico, había abundante agua caliente y los artículos de aseo eran de buena calidad. ¡Una estancia muy cómoda! La selección de desayuno no era muy extensa, pero estaba bien. ¡El caldo de huesos estaba muy sabroso y saciante! El hotel ofrece aparcamiento gratuito y agua caliente las 24 horas.
